Updated Review as of September of 2020/During The COVID-19 Global Pandemic: I recently had the pleasure of visiting here again via their Drive-Thru. While I was in line, I heard the voice of the Drive-Thru Server as He was taking orders and He had a really nice speaking voice....like folks who sing have...and His demeanor remained calm even when a customer got a bit impatient with Him (for no reason whatsoever in my opinion as why that customer got impatient) I know I could not do his job because I know I would be fired in a week for going off verbally on somebody who was Rude or Disrespectful. I really admire folks who have the kind of patience and character like this Server to handle rude and Disrespectful customers with tact, grace and diplomacy. I got a chance to compliment this employee before I left the window and I look forward to coming back soon. Note Correction As of on or about 09/09/2020: I tried the McDonalds Special Dipping Sauce (I mistakenly called it their Sriracha sauce in the past)for the 1st time during this visit. It's one thing to have this sauce on a Big Mac, but using it as a dipping sauce for my delicious fresh and piping hot McNuggets took me to the Next Level Delicious:) I've heard folks say over the years that this sauce is the exact same as any thousand island dressing and I totally disagree. All I can say now is that I hope that McDonald's decides to Bottle this Sauce and Sell It to the public in as many sizes as possible because It Is Everything/Delicious!🅰️➕🔟👍👍🏾🙌🏽🙌😍🙂🤗😷😊😎🌏🌍🌎🌐
My Previous Review: This is my first visit to this McDonalds location has a 24 Hours Drive-Thru, but the Dining Room is not 24 Hours. As of today, the Dining Room Hours are:
Monday-Thursday from 5AM-11PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5AM-12 AM
I only used the Drive-Thru for this visit. The employees I spoke with were very nice and answered all of my questions including the Dining Hours. My order was correct and my Dinner food was hot and fresh. My visit was well past Midnight. I plan to visit this...
Read moreThis McDonald’s is close to my home from Accokeek. I work late shift and my children often request chicken Mc nuggets and fries as well as burgers. 20pcs with fries 2x the orders all the time on McNuggets. I always request cook to order, because it’s best eaten when it’s freshly made specially the fries. Unfortunately I’m not getting what I ordered. The box is warm but the nuggets are hardly warm and hard, and the fries are not crispy, but limping and soft. I often tell the crew to separate the sauces to another bag and don’t just throw it inside the bag on top of my fries, it’s un sanitary specially they use their barehands to grab the sauces. There’s two crew members by the drive thru to expedite the orders. One heavyweight middle age Caucasian and one middle aged Spanish woman. Two times in a row they were the one who gives me my orders. They have a major un pleasant customer’s service. They never get my orders right. Last night 10/01/23 @11:20 pm, I told the Caucasian middle aged man my nuggets is barely warm, I ordered cooked to order nuggets and fries 40pcs nuggets and 4medium fries And they are not fresh at all! The man replied “. They will not do what I ordered. They don’t do that, to anybody, other wise the line will be all the way to DC” I insisted to have my order done right. , but he was arguing with me , with his voice loud and just SHUT the window on me! That was very rude, specially the Spanish woman was smiling with rudeness on her face while speaking in Spanish! I was soo very dissatisfied and disappointed with such behaviour and a lousy service! Is this how MC Donald train their employees to do customers service? Even how to take orders? They are very unpleasant taking orders ? I am a paying customer and I spent big money on the food at MC DONALDS , I suggest the management or a higher person needs to revisit this place, the customer service is not even...
Read moreIf I could give a zero I absolutely would. Driving home and it’s 10:15. The inside area isn’t closed until 11pm. There’s a worker sitting down on his phone and he sees me banging on the locked door to be let in. He’s shaking his head no while I’m telling him I have two young kids (6 and 8) who seriously need to urinate. We had a 15 minute drive to get to our house. After banging on the door and glass window hard repeatedly, a manager comes to the front and the guy that was sitting down walks behind him. The manager tells me there’s “no one working in the front”, which must be a common thing here since the doors seems to always be locked around 10. However, if that’s the case, then change the time of the inside dining hours. Anywho, I tell the manager that I have these two kids, my younger in tears, because we stood there practically begging to be let in. It took me telling him that the sign says his inside hours ending at 11, and at this point it’s now 10:22pm so the doors shouldn’t be locked regardless. We finally were able to get the kids to use the bathroom. This establishment seriously needs to work on their customer service. My son has autism, seizures, which has affected him and caused bathroom issues, so it’s taken a long time to get him to use the bathroom at a decent moment and not urinating on himself. People need to be more considerate when on the job instead of sitting in the front on their phones. I’ve worked in customer service a long time, including in an establishment where there’s dining. Treat people how you would want your own children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc....
