NO ONE IS WEARING A NAME TAG AND WHEN I ASKED FOR SEVERAL EMPLOYEES NAMES THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN’T NEED TO GIVE ME THEIR NAMES 10-13-2024 I Sent my teenage son in to pick up our mobile order of just 4 Teas and 4 pies that was placed @7:15pm. After waiting patiently for 30 mins the lady tells my son they are all out of apple pies and only have pumpkin I said that’s fine just get whatever pies they have so we can go. 10 mins later he still has no pies or drinks in his hand so I now decide to go in to speak to a manager. I observe 5-7 employees standing around talking instead of serving their customers. The girl at the register was the only person to have on a name tag her name was Niea I asked to speak to a manager and she said Toya was her manager and yelled for her. Toya then approaches and I inform her that I placed a mobile order for 4 teas and 4 pies over 30 mins ago and I can see the pies are already made and asked her what exactly is the hold up? She said she was sorry about that and went to go get my pies. She hands me my bag and I notice she only gave me 2 pies. I explain to her that I bought 4 pies not 2 she apologizes again and goes to get the other 2 pies she then hands me 4 large empty cups. I go over to the beverage area but do not see the sweet tea. I tell Toya I needed sweet tea. She says sorry to me again and takes my cups over to the drive thru area instructing another employee to fill them. At this time the girl at the register named Niea angrily yells over at me “You don’t need to come in here and talk to people like that!” confused I ask her “talk like what?” She says “The way you are talking you are speaking at Toya instead of just talking to her” confused more then ever I say “Yes, I did speak to Toya and I am really confused as to why you are feeling the need to talk to me when your Manager Toya is taking care of my order?” Toya then tells Niea “Stop I have this situation under control and don’t need for you to get involved”. Niea then walks over in front of me and says “still! She didn’t need to talk to you that way!” I then tell Niea “Your manager is taking care of my order why do you continue to keep trying to involve yourself in the matter when it’s simply not needed” Then a large sized Puerto Rican looking woman approaches and asks “why are you continuing to go back and forth with a minor?” I responded “I was not aware she was a minor but I also was not talking to her as I have been dealing with Toya however this girl keeps coming at me for no real reason other then she doesn’t appreciate the job she has with McDonald’s as I will be reporting this entire incident to corporate” I then ask this large woman what her name is acknowledging that she is not wearing a name tag, she tells me “I don’t need to give you my name”. Toya is standing there watching her employees talk and treat me this way not saying anything to them. Then a white skinny girl emerges from the back and tells me I need to look at this sign as she is pointing to a display sign that states “they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone” I say to this girl “well if that’s what is going on and you guys are refusing to serve me then Someone needs to tell me that and initiate a refund so I can be on my way” I then ask the white girl for her name as well sighting she is not wearing a name tag either, this white gurl tells me the same thing “I don’t need to give you my name” Toya then hands me my drinks. So why on earth did this girl feel the need to point out this refusal of service sign to me since that was clearly not what the manager was doing since she handed me my drinks? Niea shouts at me as I am leaving with my son that her manager shouldn’t have given me my order at all. I said in exchange that it’s a shame this is a business establishment that really needs to get it together any actually run like a business instead of a disgusting unorganized daycare. All these employees should be fired....
Read moreI was at this McDonalds today doing a delivery for uber eats I’m am super disappointed with how they treat their delivery drivers and customers that place delivery orders. They had 15 minutes before I arrived to have everything ready but when I showed up they haven’t even started the order so I had to wait 20 plus minutes In stores while customers in drive threw are just flowing like water. 5 minutes into waiting on the food I was told I was waiting on fries and then another 5 minutes into it I was told I was waiting on a mcchicken which doesn’t not take another 10minutes to make. I have worked in the fast food industry a small fried chicken patty only takes 2 minutes in the frier that’s if it’s fresh. The man I delivered to was very understanding but just like me he’s very disappointed in there services. Fast food is not a difficult job. I used to supervise at Burger King in hickory we had a time limit on orders and that was 3-6minutes an order. Also the people in the back were bsing about stupid stuff and not focusing on their jobs and eating food not on break. I personally had a lot of fun in the fast food industry, I personally don’t understand why a lot of fast food employees are so miserable and they like to make others miserable as well you have an easy job lol become an electrician like me and I will give you the okay to hate your life lol if you want to know what it’s like on some electrical jobs is it’s super cold wet and muddy especially if your on the utilities side of things. They get heat ac and all the food and soda in the world to consume as well as a decent place to take a crap and not some uncleaned Porta potty that’s got a mountain of crap on the inside because the builder doesn’t want to pay the porta potty company on time to clean it. So y’all at this McDonalds clean your act up or you will never go anywhere in life besides being a fast food...
Read moreOur experience was ok. They had 1 guy at the front just taking drive through orders, and front orders. At first the young needed help because the person in front of me stated that his order was canceled by the self service machine. So the employee asked for help, and a young lady came to assist. I must say that she had patience better than a mule, which in turned helped me to have patience with the customer as well. The customer did not have enough money, and was trying to get someone to cashapp him the $2 he needed, which was causing the line to build up. The employee guy could not assist with the line because he was running drive thru. A old woman behind me who had just walked up and tried to place her order ended up giving the young man $5 so he wouldn't hold the line up any longer, because we had already been standing there for quite some time waiting on the young man to complete his order. My suggestion is to have the employees learn multitasking and encourage them to use sound judgement so that they can assist when situations occur and not have other customers wait. I would have canceled the young man's order until he had all the funds available to complete his purchase. The guy employee should be able to help assist with customers who comes into the establishment, when the orders are slow thru drive and not just stand there and look as if there are no customers in...
