McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

‼️READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER WHO WAS WORKING ON THE NIGHT OF 9/6/25 @ 9:00 pm. To the manager with the long lashes, as soon as I walked in you looked me up and down and gave me the dirtiest look, didn’t even say hello or were welcoming. You were taking to your friend and looked annoyed because I interrupted you. You said “what do you want” and all I said was I was missing all the fries from my order. You proceeded to say “what was your order anyway” in a rude tone and before I could even respond you said “don’t even explain yourself just say what you’re missing because it’s too much information” I was SHOCKED that you would speak to a customer like that. I was quiet for like 5 seconds trying to not lose my mind thinking what to say next and I said “well i’m sorry, every time i come here you all always forget to give me my complete order” and you annoyingly said “WELL WE’RE SHORT STAFFED” and while I understand that’s a reasonable answer there was no need for you to be rude to me from the moment I walked in. Every time I order something from this McDonald’s they ALWAYS forget to give me my complete order. I have to come back every time for missing items. The drive thru wait line is always a long wait even if the place is empty. Is there a way to contact the owner of this particular McDonald’s? Because he should know how rude his manager is. Mind you I didn’t even have an attitude when I walked in but you decided to be rude to me from the moment you saw me. The only person who was nice was Gabby so thank you Gabby...

Food's alright, it's modern McDonald's and a McDonald's that has done what every other McDonald's has eliminated quality and customer satisfaction. If you order extra of anything, don't hold your breath. It's diverse there. Unfortunately, bullying is a thing among some of the employees but that's everywhere(there's a young man there with one heck of mullet, my dude, I love it, keep it going my man, don't let anyone tell you it aint cool) There is at least 1 employee there who has worked at several other McDonald's stores here in town over the last 20+ years, she's a great person, enjoys working with the community, someone you can talk to and relate with(in my case, relate is family lol) she's honest, and will do whatever she can within her power to make things right. Now, don't take advantage nor be a Karen, these are people too, just trying to do their jobs(yes some of them slack off and don't quite know how to follow directions, but that's no excuse to belittle someone for a mistake). The store could use a makeover and a completely new jungle gym for the KIDS. Putting an age restriction on the doors, tables, and jungle gym to make it clear and no excuses from a parent and their child. Also restricting the jungle gym to parents who are accompanying their children and children must be accompanied by one of their parents at all times for the safety of the child. This McDonald's is just off of I-70, close to Walmart, the DMV, and the state police Barrick, and about a 10-minute drive from the Antietam...

Well, today I went to this McDonald's, about 915 pm 9/09%23, it's close to my community in Westfield, about 5 minutes away. Hey never happened before; If I can give 0' you know!! I ask for my order, when it's my turn to pay I tell the person: sorry, I ordered 2 identical orders and the same size, the employee tells me; You asked for that, I tell him no, I asked for 2 of the same, he tells me; Not me, you didn't ask me for anything! That's what the screen says, I tell him, well, it's wrong, that's not my order and he got upset, he came out with a very aggressive attitude, I told him, sorry, I don't know what the attitude is? You know what he told me! I don't have any attitude, it's you who has the attitude! for asking for my order! wow completely ridiculous!! I didn't start arguing because it's my money and I don't like wasting time with people who don't want to work and it's not my fault. I told him, you know what! Give me my money, he told me take your money! I told him go to hell BTW, I'm not coming back to this McDonald's and I live nearby I went to Wendy's no problem go home that's it... Because of people like this, businesses are going to fail, when there is a chick fill, they're screwed! Chick fill a! for me; I don't like many of the products, but the service is something else, they are excellent... sorry Mc donals,...
