WORST LOCATION! GET NEW STAFF!! SLOWWWW
Don’t waste ur time at this McDonald’s and go to another location, it will take the same time to get ur food cause of how long you’ll wait here. 10-20 mins for one item order.
A customer ahead of me ordered medium coffee and waited 5 mins?! He said that he wanted a refund. And they wouldn’t even refund him $2 coffee to wait because they suddenly made a coffee in front of him so they don’t refund. Why don’t you do that first before making him wait 5 mins?
I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for 15 MINUTES?!!!! How is that even possible. I saw a staff eating behind the counter WHILE cooking our burgers. Unprofessionally and unhygienic? Is that even food safety standard?? I told the staff and they’re like ok. Didn’t even give a damn about it
I told them I’m still waiting for a cheeseburger, and he’s like “I don’t see ur order, but here”? My order number was on the screen. So he couldn’t even give me my burger unless I asked for it and made me wait 15 mins?
GET NEW STAFF FOR THE SAKE OF UR BRAND! This looks like a new location and it’s the worst out of 30 years of my life.

Decided to come back again for food but was told my app order didn’t go through but my credit card was charged. Manager said it was my fault and I had to cancel. Did it again. Another credit card charge. She told me I can’t get my food because the order didn’t go through. Cancelled again. Asked in to restaurant fuming. Tried to order at service desk but credit card blocked thinking it was fraud. Changed cards and order went through. Ordered every day for years no issues and she has the audacity to tell me it was my fault my order didn’t go through to their system. She says she sees my order but can’t click on it so it’s my fault? Serious problems with this place.

Read moreInterim Review As Of March/2019: I very recently visited this location for the First Time via their Drive-Thru. I was able to introduce myself as a Google Local Guide (GLG) to one of their Managers. The Manager I spoke with was very nice, as was the Lady who took my order. I ordered the Cheesy Bacon Fries because I knew this is/was a limited-time menu item and I wanted to try them before it disappeared from the menu. My order was correct and my food was fresh and hot. I noticed that their outside areas were very clean, well-lit, and they had good signage to include signage as to where their curbside delivery is located. I advised the Manager that I would be returning asap to visit their inside dining area and that I would update this Review and Rating accordingly following my next visit.
