I know people say they wish they could give zero stars but this place deserves negative stars. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they took my cash and gave the wrong change. After sitting in front of the pay window for another minute or so the cashier tells me she can’t open the register to give me my change. She was about to get a manager I guess, I said I’d come in so as to not hold up the drive through any further. Upon arrival in the dining room I’m greeted by an employee who attempted to give me my order, I said I wanted to speak to a manager to whom she points behind her is on the phone. Another male comes up (turns out his name is Colby) and asks what the problem is which at this point I’ve lost all appetite tbecause who can only guess what goes on out of sight in this location. They told me I’d have to wait, I asked how long and they said they didn’t know. Another one of their coworkers told him to get in the back which suggests to me that this individual has anger issues and shouldn’t be in a management position as he self proclaimed. The manager Dashia couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone but eventually did so anyway. Ended up still giving me the wrong change. It wasn’t about the money but the way they handled customer service. They became irate when I asked for the proper change and when I asked for the corporate number Colby replied they didn’t haven’t one although Dashia corrected him however, I still didn’t receive one. When I was leaving after getting the correct change I overheard the back of house loudly discussing the events that had transpired which as a paying customer and a manager of a much finer establishment was mind boggling to hear. This place has been on the decline for a very long time but these people deserve to be reprimanded for their actions this evening. Repugnant, repulsive behavior. They went through quickly and I waited about 5 minutes before someone took my order. After ordering I was asked to pull up to the third window, I did and waited 5-10 minutes more. A nice girl then brought out a drink with whipped cream and I asked if this was the right drink since an iced caramel macchiato does not come with whipped cream. She said ‘no it’s a mocha’ … I’ll make you a new drink but would you like this one anyway. I said no thanks and she went back inside. Again, I waited 5-10 minutes. (things were really slow today) She handed me a new drink, I left and took a sip after driving away … it was full of chocolate. I went back, went inside, was the only person there and no one would wait on me. I said excuse me could someone please help me. An older woman came overt, didn’t say a word and looked angry so I explained that I was back to get the right drink. She pushed my cup to the side, whispered to another woman (very large older woman) who put a cup by the drink machine and walked away. I stood there a good 10 minutes … no drink. So I looked around the counter to see what was going on and the first older rude woman loudly said ‘ma’am you’re going to have to stand back, move back, back behind that line’. I told her I’d be happy to stand back and reminded her that it had now taken well over 30 minutes to get 1 drink. She mumbled to the large woman who then handed me a small iced caramel macchiato. I gave it back and asked for a large (as originally ordered). Hint: look at the first cup, it’s still sitting on the counter! The rude woman then mumbled ‘if people don’t like it they don’t have to come back’. Read more07/04/24 I placed an online order at 11:15pm on July 4, i set it for pickup and had my partner get it since Im currently sick. They arrive around 11:30 and was placed at the second window, i called them at 12:00 to see what was going on for so long and said they were waiting at second window. I called the store 3 times at 12:40 until they picked up saying come in the store and to call back in 10 minutes for it being too busy. Ive already paid, for no reason McDonalds foes not make onlines until the person is at the store is absolute bs. NOW after my person went inside they were told to cancel the order at 12:50. Almost TWO HOURS!!!!! after placing the order i was refused my food that has been paid for and waited on for hours. "First come first serve" BUT I PAID BEFORE THE CUSTOMER AT THE DRIVE THRU???
12/09/24 Extremely upset, My partner ordered food it came very slow, but when we received the food EVERYTHING was wrong. Missing sauces, missing the ice cream (we paid for), the drinks were dr pepper instead of coke, AND there was dried blood on the nuggets. We called immediately, of course upset but still calm and collected, the only thing they offered was a refund, which is fine but nothing more??? I had also asked why we didn't get the McFlurry they had no response, not broken, not cleaned just forgotten. I asked what they could do cause we are upset but since we are getting a refund they cant do anything more. I asked about the blood and The rude and arrogant manager said he was from the machine next to it, yet its never happened before?? To be frank it was small dried blood that looked like it had come out of someone's nose after snuffing their nose wrong, i'm sick often and its happened to me.
