I visited this McDonald’s location tonight and was in the drive-through line from 11:50 PM until 12:00 AM. During that entire time, no one ever greeted me at the speaker. I finally drove up to the window, where I was met by a young woman—who I believe was the manager—who attempted to lock the window in my face without a word. When she finally acknowledged me, she said, “We’re closed, ma’am.”
I politely asked why no one had announced that the location was closed, especially with a long line of customers behind me. Her response was, “The light is off, that means we’re closed.” For the record, the light was not off when I pulled in. Regardless, a simple message through the intercom could have saved many customers their time and confusion.
The dismissive tone and complete lack of courtesy were unacceptable, especially coming from someone who appeared to be in a leadership role. If you work in customer service, closing time is not an excuse to treat customers with disregard. This experience reflects very poorly on the management and customer care at this location.
If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. I hope corporate reviews this behavior and holds the appropriate individuals...
Read moreMight not go back to this one. Waited in one of the dual drive through lanes without a response for probably less than two minutes. No big deal. But then a car pulls into the second drive through lane and gets their order in and is on to the payment window. I figure - you know what, they just missed me sitting there first. Even though two cars were in line just before I got there. And that other guys order was taken so fast he must have only ordered coffee or something. Nope. I finally get to place my order first from a less than enthusiastic and seemingly confused male voice only to have a female voice take over in the middle of my order. After repeating my order I pull around to the window just in time to see the car that they jumped in front of me receiving drinks, bags of food and everything is moving normally for them. So why the delay and confusion in lane #1. After a hard day's work it's little things like this that make the difference to the customer. Plenty of better serving...
Read moreThis may be the closest McDonald's to my house by far but I will NEVER go to it again. I ordered dine in and ask them with my handicap if they would please bring me my food to my table. After 15 minutes I had to get up and go up to the counter to find out what was going on because like six people had been waiting on and gotten their food after me. They finally brought me my Big Mac meal and let me tell you it was very underwhelming. The burger was cold and it was haphazardly put together so that when I picked it up it fell apart. The only redeeming part of it was as I got hot french fries. As for the condition of the restaurant over 3/4 of the tables needed to be cleaned and the floor was filthy with grass trash and food all over it like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days. Do not I repeat do not go to this McDonald's because it's...
