I has the worst experience ever here in this location. The manager Edwin is very rude and has bad maners. He was the one who took my order, I asked for 2 plain sausages and 2 hash browns. He's voice was very rude and he asked do you want eggs? I said no, just the plain sausages. When I got my order I got 2 sausage muffins with cheese. I got up and went to let him know that he had given me the wrong order. He rudely said in high voice "you didn't let me explain to you how it comes" I then said that didn't asked for sandwiches just the plain patties and besides these sandwiches also had cheese on them and that plain means just the meat by itself no cheese. He was very rude and ignored me instead of making my order right he continued helping other costumers. I went back to my table and then asked another manager named Karla if she could change my oder. As she was returning with my order the manager Edwin said out loud in front of all the costumer to tell me that the restaurant was only 30minutes for eating in and that I had to leave. I don't understand what was he's problem but as a costumer I'm not coming back in there if he is still the manager because that kind of person can not be a manager if he doesn't know how to treat the costumers. If he is getting pay is because of us as costumer we pay for a good service and doesn't know how to give good costumer service. We pay for our food is not like we...
Read moreIs it possible for a McDonald's to earn five stars? And that without there being some life saving event involved? I didn't think there was, but this one proved me wrong.
While traveling with my family on a holiday weekend, I noticed this place had significantly better ratings than the ten or so others in the vicinity. I wanted to see if the ratings were meaningful and so we took the hit of it being maybe four minutes off the highway instead of right at the exit. I didn't inform my family of my secret experiment, but several of them noticed things that set this McDonald's above our normal experience there (and we do tend to hit up McDonald's on the regular).
Clean. Floors, tables, drink fountain, bathrooms, trash cans, everything. Well organized. Traffic flow was really clear and you didn't have the usual wondering if that person is waiting in line, or for a mobile order, or for their food. Didn't have to interfere with people as you got your drinks and napkins and whatnot. Fast. There wasn't a line for orders and the order taker was fast and friendly. Hot, perfect fries. I love McDonald's fries when they're done well, and we got them perfect here. That's my unheard of, but is unusual. Rest of food was good, too. Order was correct despite my family being picky on some things. Usually at least one person's order isn't quite right, but this one nailed it.
So, five stars for a McDonald's...
Read moreThey remodeled the place in January 2025 and it's terrible. The place was previously under threat of being evicted from the shopping center, but the community saved it. Shortly thereafter, they decided to close down for a month and remodel it. They reopened and it's terrible. Looks like the franchise let McDonalds come in and make it look industrial like the other McDonalds in the area that suck. It's darker, less seating, kiosks to order from instead of people, kiosk was malfunctioning and didn't print a receipt, the McDonalds app didn't work there last time I tried it, kiosk was only taking to-go orders, small counter to pick up your order and no more drink machine. From what I hear most of the people who saved it really do not like the remodel. I'll be avoiding this place from now on. At least the old setup I didn't mind getting out of my car to go in, but now that it's ruined, I'll be driving over to the Pike and going through the drive thru at a...
