I had a very pleasant experience making a reservation over the phone, and my group was really pleased with the site when we arrived! Everything was clean, port-o-potty was readily accessible, and there was even a stack of firewood available for guests to use. The noise from the highway didn’t bother us as we hung out around the bonfire. The only tricky thing was finding the our way in—Google Maps tried to tell us we could get into the park through a nearby shopping center when the entrance is on Tuckerman road!
