McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This McDonald's location just lost a customer for life. After visiting this location at least once, and sometimes twice, a day for the five-day work week, I ordered a large orange and Coke mixed soda, as I have done dozens of times in the past at this location. I was told they don't do that in the drive-thru, although they have done it many times before. I went in and asked for a manager, who walked to the counter and did not identify himself. I told him of the issue, and he held to the, "we don't do that". Fine, I decided they did not need my business and had changed their business model and told the "manager" I would not return. To my utter dismay, trying to hide behind the partition, this "manager" proceeded to make a sly comment to a co-worker and smirk. Well, being 6-feet, 6-inches, I saw over the wall and let him know I heard him (this is all on tape, I am sure). I drove around to photograph the customer complaint line, when the "manager" came out waving a piece of paper, "You want the number?" And he is the "manager"! Never again will I return to this location. He must be...

The night manager refused to give me her name, walked away, gave me the peace sign, and told me to have a bless day. She was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care about how they inconvenience me and my family. The store forgot to put in the bag “40” out of “80” nuggets that we ordered. What makes my experience extremely inconsiderate, I asked the young lady when I picked up my order, could she PLEASE double check to make sure my order was correct. i explained that we placed a large order and I did not want to come back. However, after we got situated home and ready to eat, we realized that our order was SHORT and some of us were missing food. so as much I tried to prevent returning to the store, I had to double back to the store. Once I received my food, I asked the manager what about my inconvenience. The manager got snappy with me and told me she could only give me a cookie or a pie for my trouble. I thought suggesting a cookie for my inconvenience was super disrespectful and worst than cheating us out of food we paid for. I have no desire to buy from this...

All the sodas were out of order except fruit punch and tea but when we got our order they brought us sodas we didn't order. There was a ladder in front of the beverage and condiment station blocking access in the middle area. All ice cream and milk shakes were out of order. It took almost 20 minutes to bring two happy meals and a couple sandwiches to our table and it was wrong anyway. I would've asked them to bring the right food but I didn't want to wait any longer because my kids were hungry.

On top of all that there was a birthday party taking up the entire play place AND additional tables in the restaurant. They even brought their own non-McDonald's buffet food in big aluminum trays that took up another table. One of the playplaces multimedia tablets was broken with 6 kids fighting to use it and the play place area for 3 and under activities, puzzles and equipment were completely missing even though there were signs for it.

I'm not exactly sure who runs this McDonald's but today they lived up to the poor stereotype that their brand carries. I do not recommend...
