McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Terrible dining experience. This manager does not have the quality to handle catering services. Please restrain yourself from a large McDonald's company. Such partners will only reduce turnover. In the morning, our family ordered 4 breakfast meals (including drinks and hash browns). total is 57.26 dollars. But until I finished my meal, I realized that the cashier had separated the price of the set meal. There were 4 drinks, 4 hashbrown, and 4 sandwiches. The receipts they printed were too vague to read. So that we got problem to found it at the beginning. I should be overcharged.Before I left, I found the problem, of course I wanted to get the extra money back. It is ridiculous that the cashier (manager) told me at the time because of a computer system problem. They cannot pay back the money. As a customer, I couldn't understand the damage to my own interests. In the end, she couldn't check my receipt at my request, but the same vague receipt made her not know how much my bill was. Then she was unwilling to repay the difference again, and finally about 35minutes later, she used the computer cash register system to recalculate the difference, and then told me that there was only one dollar difference. The price difference for the 4 meal is only $1. Who will believe that?Of course I don’t want to accept such a stupid fact. I asked to print out the recalculated receipt for me to check. She refused, and then called the police say I would not pay for the meal. Very Terrible, right? The end result was that after I was paid the second time, I found the price difference she had calculated incorrectly again, and none of any apologized from that. I feel sad for you. Establishment looks great! Clean and bright ✨ ⚠️⚠️ Therefore— My 3 star rating here is NOT because of this particular restaurant. The restaurant did great! 👍🏾 Fast service, very friendly person served my meal and everything lovely.‼️‼️

Unfortunately, this 3 star is for McDonald’s food. 😣

I took one bite into my breakfast sandwich and it tasted as if I just tilted my head back, opened my mouth and poured one full tablespoon of salt 🧂 into my mouth. WOW. I literally spat that first bite out, for real 😳. It’s a very very salty meal.

Since I rarely frequent going to McDonald’s, this bite into my meal was a great reminder of my whys— 1. Why I like to mostly cook my meals at home and eat and 2. Why I do not enjoy eating out in every restaurant.

Since I’m ever the solutionist 😅 my goal was to resolve this issue. I asked myself: what exactly caused this biscuit sandwich to taste THIS SALTY? First I took out the bacon 🥓 then peeled off some of the half melted cheese 🧀 then tried my sandwich again. Still very salty, but notably lesser salt than with the first bite.

Now I can attempt to eat the rest of it. However, the biscuit bread itself tasted salty too, everything except the egg. But why McDonald’s? Why?? 🤷🏽‍♀️——Do you know this sandwich would have been so great with just a pinch of salt in the biscuit, less sodium cheese and no salt on the bacon at all?? Do you care about the people’s health at all with long term of eating too much salty foods like this.

Absolutely worst service, even after the relaunch of the renovation they still can't get it right! Mexicans barely speak English well enough, your order is always messed up! They are lazy they sit around playing with each other! The Mexican manager is no better she just covers for them and say they didn't know! They are ignorant constantly talking in there language among other races that work there, which is RUDE! THE ONLY CHANCE YOUR ORDER WILL BE RIGHT IS IF YOU ASK FOR BLACK MALE NAME MILES HES VERY EFFICIENT! BUT HELL EVEN THIS YOUNG MAN CANT DO IT ALL BY HISELF! The Mexican manager messes up your meal however, she makes sure her meals are correct when she takes a large bag home to her family. I HAVE WITNESSED HER COME IN FROM THE OUTSIDE AND GO RIGHT TO THE FOOD BELT AND PACK A BAG TO GIVE TO HER RELATIVES! NO HAND WASHING MONEY EXCHANGE NOTHING! In her infamous read and black pants! It's by far the worst hands down especially for the location! Fries are always cold too and taste like they been just sitting! You ask for something to not be on your sandwich it's there anyway!
