Moni's Place — Restaurant in Maryland

I've been coming here for a year. Since I work so many hours a week, I needed a place to de-stress. I must say the whole staff here has been very nice and I found something that I finally enjoy doing. There's a few pool tables here where I enjoy playing with very skilled players. Even though I am not very good... everyones been patient with me! Sundays are a good day to practice... and it's free during the day to play and there's a $10 minimum towards drinks and/or food. I think that's very cool of them to do that! It's amazing how people don't understand how much overhead a business can have. I personally do appreciate the generosity. I first came here on the 12th of October. The folks working here are absolutely fantastic. They are funny, abrasive in the most entertaining and welcoming way, seriously I've been to comedy shows and had less entertainment and paid way more.

Also met some of the most amazing people who frequent the place.

Warning, it's bright, really bright lol. Like a 24 hour after bar restaurant bright. The good side of that is, it should help you avoid any dimly lit mistakes.

10/10, and make sure to ask Kim about Karaoke. She loves it. If she's not feeling it that night get a shot of "rum-chata". Don't worry, if they are out she'll be sure to suggest a tasty...

Love Monis Place! Great late night spot with great bar food and amazing bartenders. “Cheers” like atmosphere where the bartenders know what you drink after one visit and the drinks on the bar as you walk in. AMI music on the jukebox, Maryland lottery machine, pinball, pool tables and darts are all available as part of the fun!
