Amazing food. Delivery was super fast. They actually followed all directions (extra crispy fries, salt and pepper, sub/pizza toppings, etc). Great quality food. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Edited to add: the later the delivery, the lower the quality of food and portions compared to earlier in the day. I've ordered at least 6 times from New Kiani's and tonight was the time I am most dissatisfied with. Edited to add: today, 10/4, was the worst in a slew of declining orders for me. Mozz sticks weren't melted. Barely any seasoning on the old bay fries that also didn't fill the box like the normal fries. Fries also weren't cooked all the way. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. Not sure if I'll be ordering again One more edit: 2/2/20 Decided to give them a chance (And yes it was before the rush of prepping for SuperBowl orders) and the only saving grace is the pizza. The fries were undercooked and unseasoned despite asking for extra crispy fries with salt and pepper on them. Boyfriend enjoyed his sub. They also don't follow delivery instructions

I ordered here late on Saturday because most places was closed. I like the fact that they were open but there were some highs and lows. I ordered a Cheesesteak, Cheese Fish, Honey BBQ Wings, and potatoes wedges. The wedges were piping hot when they arrived. The wings were so hot that the sauce basically disintegrated by the time I ate them. I would order them again with sauce on the side. The Cheesesteak & Cheesefish both had a lot of flavor and veggies but not a lot of meat. If they stuffed the subs I would have given them a 4 or 5. I would order from again if I'm in a pinch.

Been a customer for 7 years ordered half cheesesteak special, On Saturday got my food driver told me it was Hot, I told him it wasn't he informed me it's Hot get the food it's Cold, call let them kno my food was cold the guy told me they was very busy n they will make sure I'm good next time so I put food n oven n I noticed wasn't that much as usual I called the next day to let them no how unhappy I was about my order I WILL NOT ORDERED EVER ANY FROM DIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! Than Manager told me I must have talked to another manager on Saturday when I called again on Sunday HE STRAIGHT LIE, HE'S THE SAME PERSON SPOKE 2 ON SATURDAY!!! Awful Food - I read a good amount of the reviews and there were many good reviews. I believe the cook was different from when I ordered my food. I ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni, pineapples, onions, and green peppers with mozzarella sticks. The pizza had Absolutely NO TASTE except for Greek or Italian Seasoning - NOTHING ELSE...YUCK!!! I JUST WASTED MY MONEY & I GAVE HIM A GOOD TIP BUT THIS IS THE LAST TIME THAT KIANI'S WILL EVER RECEIVE MY MONEY!!!! Also, they didn't check to see if they had grape soda but instead bought a ginger ale. I'm not happy because I could've ordered Domino's or Pizza Hut or even Papa Johns for BETTER SERVICE..MY STOMACH HURTS JUST FROM TASTING THIS NASTY FOOD.
