We got a Sultani Mix (ground beef, beef chunks, chicken) from the Family Meals-Kebab menu. Delicious! Plenty of meat for 2-adults and 2-children to share. However, not much salad and rice for our group. We asked for additional rice. We were accommodated without additional fee. Not sure if they usually go light on dine in. It was on a larger paper plate but still seemed a little on the small side for a family tray. We also got a small side of chickpeas in low heat sauce, extra small side of cucumber type sauce (fire extinguisher), extra small side of ranch type sauce (a little sweet). Since my husband ordered ahead of my arrival, I’m not absolutely sure if all of these sauces came with the platter or if the chickpeas for instance was a side item he purchased separately or if it was a taste sample. Either way they all seamed like an individual sized item rather than a family sharing size. I recommend this place, the dining room was clean and bright unlike the strip mall style building they have to use. You will not be disappointed with the flavors you encounter. The size info is just a warning for large families, who may want to just try the regular platter sizes. If meat is your priority and don’t care for a balanced plate. They got you...

Small halal spot worth trying! This place is a tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant nothing fancy, but the food was tasty. My husband and I came for lunch since we live nearby and saw the great reviews. We ordered the lamb shank pulao with an extra side of lamb chunk kabobs.

The meal came with pulao, salad, raita and a small side of chickpeas. We got our food in about 10 minutes, which was great! The lamb shank was lightly seasoned, tender, and juicy and falling off the bone. The kabobs were grilled with a nice char and full of flavor. The rice tasted like a mix between Pakistani and Afghan kabuli pulao, which I really enjoyed. I wish the chickpea portion was a bit bigger.

Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will likely be back. The person at the counter was friendly which I appreciated. While we were eating, we noticed a handful of people picking up takeout orders and more people coming to dine in always a good sign.

Again, not fancy, paper plates kinda place but it was clean and ...

This place has become part of our Friday family night special. We have been in Catonsville for 3 years more, we just found out about Kabab villa and it is now part of our Friday family night special. My husband is on his way right now to pick up 2 chicken and beef Kubideh platters, and the serving size is perfect for our family of 5. The skewers are super flavorful, without the hotness or overpowering spices associated with Asian dishes. The rice is delicious. We have also tried the chickpeas, again super flavorful without any hotness or heavy oil. The price of the platters is moderate, very affordable for the quality of the plates. We have not dined in yet, but the place is always clean every time we stop by for pick up. However, what really won our hearts is customer service, super exceptional for an ethnic place. They have served and treated us with respect and care, regardless of our difference in background and to me that...

Don’t judge a book by its cover. When I was entering the complex to park my car, I was doubtful whether to eat at this restaurant due to the locality. But once I stepped into the restaurant, I was awestruck time to time. First, interior. The restaurant had great ambience with plant decoration. Next, staff. They are so welcoming and lovely. The kitchen staff looked well experienced. The owner was a good hearted person. Finally, FOOOOOOD. I ordered lamb chops and they were so juicy and flavorful. I never ate that tasty lamb chops in my life till now. Salad, sauce and rice that came with platter were also tasty. 😋 The presentation, quantity and taste of the platter were next level. I could feel that the meat they used is so fresh and not frozen ones. I have decided to try all the items on their menu. Look at the pics if you think I am exaggerating, and give a try for sure.
