I am writing this review due to poor customer service toward a long time customer. We have lived in this area for 2 decades and have bought many meals from this restaurant over the years. On this particular afternoon, my son ordered food items “over the phone” and I stress “over the phone”. He paid $28 for the order, but a hour and half later…he still had no food. He called to advise and to see what was taking so long. They told him he gave the wrong address & they couldn’t do anything about it. How crazy is that??? This is an area Chinese food restaurant we’ve ordered from time and time again. No one gives their wrong home address. I figured Id call after my son to just ask them to make the order again and Id pick it up. I called and asked to speak with a manager and the young guy stated no manager was in…so I stated the issue to him..he confirmed the order and the phone number and said the address was wrong. I stated how could that be with a phone order. After we talk for a few mins…He puts me on the phone with another young girl and she stated she was the manager. Well that was odd because the young man just told me no manager was in. I then have to re-state the issue to the 2nd party who puts me on hold, but somehow another girl picks up the phone in error and ask for my order. She mistakenly picked up phone. I have to tell the story again…We go back and forth…still no resolution…I then ask her how hard is it to just make the order since you have the money. She restates it was the wrong address & then hangs up on me….yes….she hung up right in my ear. We never got any food, a refund or an apology…. just an explanation. Telling a customer they provided the wrong home address is crazy on an over the phone order. I will never patronize this restaurant because they hung up on me and they didn’t try to rectify the issue or take care of a long time customer. Too many of these community restaurants don’t care about customer service…They only come into the area to collect money. This is the 3rd area restaurant that will not get my business/money because of the lack of customer service. They take customers for granted. ** If a customer has an issue with service or the food….FIX IT!!! Especially after they’ve paid. Don’t tell me you can’t do….preserve the customer. Never leave a customer, especially a long time customer in the community you serve, without a resolution to an issue. I will never patronize this place again or recommend them to anyone…They...

Young man (probably son of owner) started arguing, being disrespectful, being belligerent, raising voice and started shouting at the customer about the order transaction.
Young Man with seemingly ignorant customer service skills was spoken to by the "Cook" probably one of the owners had to intervene to Stop this Belligerent man/Boy sitting Boss like behind the counter to STOP AND TAKE NOTICE HE IS DISRESPECTFUL OF THE CUSTOMER.
No Matter what the problem, NEVER EVER ARGUE AND DISRESPECT THE CUSTOMER! One disrespected customer will tell other customers and future customers of the Bad Treatment they have received from this establishment. EXTREMELY POOR AND NOT EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IMO!
The prices are at least a $1.00+ higher if not more at this Chinese takeout out.
Take it counter area/dining area is not kept up in cleanliness. Needs a bad case of repair. Micro size small dining area like one table with 2 chairs. The front door is so disheveled from it's hinges that the for is in dagger of falling off.
You need ID to purchase in Debit and Credit card It is usually for anything less than $20.00 to comply with fast checkout that no ID is standard, specially for fast food restaurant.
Plus the food order of a large menu item came in at seemingly at regular size instead of the large order of the same item. Yet I was charged a full $10.00 for the same item received.

Read moreI ordered chicken fried rice and spring rolls. I asked the lil girl if the spring rolls had shrimp in it because I’m allergic to shellfish. She said no. I get home and comfortable to eat my food. Started eating food and meat tasted a lil rubbery. Face felt a lil funny, Lord behold, they gave me shrimp egg rolls, o called up there and the girl was so rude and nasty talking about she can give me a free can of soda. I said no you replacing the whole meal that you could have killed me. Told them I will be there in 5 minutes. She even hung the phone up on me after I said I was going to report to better business bureau. The fact she said she don’t care report them shows the lack of care for people well being. If you have any allergies, check your food. The food replacement they gave me, was nasty, spring rolls wasn’t all the way done, and they did not give me fresh chicken fried rice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. I will report this place to BBB.
