Don't. Just don't.
Maybe it's just us, but we always have bad experiences at Outbacks. So we'll never go to any of them again.
Went to this location last night. For my Mom's birthday dinner. Let me just list what went wrong:
This was a GREAT birthday dinner!! Best ever!!!
Our waiter was good. He noticed that I wasn't very happy with that one comp (he didn't ask; I guess he saw an unhappy look on my face) so he then had them take an additional 20% off.
+1 for the waiter, and I wrote on the receipt that I hoped he got 100% of my tip, rather than sharing among the whole staff.
-1 for the manager and the entire restaurant. They. Just. Suck.
Outbacks just aren't worth the trouble. This isn't the first time. But it is...
Read moreWhen we got there it wasn't busy. It looked like there was two maybe three tables with people. We waited for awhile before a host finally came upto the front. It still astonishes me for an empty restraurant to seat booths back to back when the restraurant is empty during covid. Especially when there is a sign behind the counter that says remember social distancing. It would not have been quite as irritating if it didn't sound like there were twelve people sat in the booth next to us. They were very loud and the chatter was non stop. Never did they quiet down, very strange. They dimmed the lights at 3:52 which seemed weird with how light it was outside. When the waiter arrived, he came with the bread (which is delicious) and plates. He brought only two plates for three people. Unfortunately he never brought a third plate. We ordered drinks and appetizers. They came out quickly. We had the Bloomin' Onion and the Seared Peppered Ahi. Both were really good. The Ahi had a big lump of Wasabi, it looked funny and even funnier with the bit of Lettuce rolled up into it. The waiter was very pleasant and did not push us to hurry up and order. The host however seated another loud family in the other side who did not wear masks for covid, yelled, and played YouTube videos. The waiter came back to inform me that they do not have prime rib today. I opted for the salmon instead and kept the sides I chose for the prime rib. The salmon was cooked adequately, however they did not cut the end of the stalk off of the asparagus so it was tough and fibrous. Surprisingly there was no seasoning to the asparagus. They my wife's bloomin' Onion chicken was good but greasy. Refills on drinks were slow to come. When we were done, the waiter was no where to be found. Would...
Read moreThe family goes here for the last 10 years at least three or four times a year. i have to say that for a last minute restaurant and the quality of food you can't get a much better סטייק this price range. They'll appetizers wonderful and the food is excellent quality for the price. But and there is a big one the service is slow! I understand that when you go in a big group especially as we always do 15 to 20 people, we usually wait from the time we are seated another 60-90 minutes before any food hits the table and I'm talkin about the drinks and appetizers. The last time we've been there which was just a couple weeks ago we set full 90 minutes do the. Before is the bread and butter lended on our table. איזה i said we are a big family and usually we go with at least sex kids and this is just unacceptable! for those of us who go to restaurants with kids I would probably advise to tell the waiter as they sit you to bring some food to the table before the kids become very impatient. I hope that this review is going to get to the right hands and understand vet when families with kids come to a restaurant they should probably serve them something quick! Otherwise parents become very frustrated when their kids oh starving and that might affect the whole experience an enjoyment at this wonderful restaurant. Again one of the best steakhouses you can get for the money, and being family-friendly restaurant but they definitely need to understand the kids do not have watch patient and that will affect the whole experience for...
