Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

I come here all the time at least once a week. POOR SERVICE TODAY. The 2 ladies working here today at 7:00pm was SLOW, and didn’t know where anything was. When I went to checkout she charged me for 2 subs when I had only order ONE. I left to go get more money in my car and came back just for her to say oh I charged you for 2 subs and you only got 1. Terrible service made me get out of line feeling horrible for no reason just to walk all the way to my car and back for nothing!? These 2 got to go. If you got coupons don’t come here. Apparently the manager as said by the workers dosen‘t accept multiple coupons. And I was told the ”manager” can take away the acceptance of coupons from the system at anytime. That’s ridiculous. Coupons are coupons & they’re meant to be used. Experience ruined my appetite & my mood. I loved this subway but after this I’m annoyed. I was hungry & just wanted to use the darn coupons. Disgusting food!! I got swayed by advertising 😅 Instead of getting my normal order, I asked for an Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch the normal way it comes. It looked so good in the pictures!
