I stop here after work almost every night i work sometimes around 12:30 and sometimes 1:30am. On occasion ill stop in after an over night shift around 5:30-6am. Coffee is my go to and if im starving ill grab a hoagie or something else. Ill stick with the hoagie because everything else is either extremely tiny (chicken strips are like popcorn chicken tiny) and they always give 5 no matter what size they are that day which is disappointing and the breakfast burrito was tastless. Its not the employees fault but is wawa in generals fault. Come on wawa get it together. Even rofo has standards though their new fresh ground for each cup coffee machines are awful unless you like coffee flavored water. lol Anyway the night shift here Saturday through Tuesday are all hard working and very friendly. I couldn't do what they do everyday. A pistol to the face once was enough for me to give up that type of job MANY years ago. Nope nope to the nope you couldn't pay me enough to do graveyard. Ive done my time with the public and refuse to anymore especially in todays society. Everyone overnight gets a high five from me. Especially the coffee maker. Fresh coffee all throughout the night is fantastic and possible! Its actually pleasent walking in to this wawa. A rarity elsewhere. Everyone should get a pay premiun for after hours in my opinion. Well done hiring these few Wawa! Something should be done regarding food sizes and quantity. I dont know what to rate this store because its 5* until you order chicken strips or breakfast burritos and im afraid to try anything else. We'll settle...
Read moreSo when did Wawa start letting the workers decide what menu items to put out for any given day? Wawa does have a schedule for the soups and bowls that they sell. We, the customers depend on that schedule to make our purchasing decisions. These decisions involve driving several miles out of the way to get to that store and using time that we can never recover.
Disappointment only begins to describe what a customer feels when they are told that a particular item that was scheduled to be for sale is not. Add to that smugness with which the worker replies that she didn't put the item out and that something else is for sale. I don't want something else.
Then she proceeds to suggest that I call another store before I get there to make sure that they have what I am looking for. Why should I when you (Wawa) say that that item will be there? Your customers need to know that products will be available when YOU say they will be.
Letting a worker decide what to sell is not good business. I have seen you grow and expand your customer base company wide over the years - good job. But do you want to let your workers reverse the trajectory...
Read moreThe manager (I think his name is Adam) at this location has no remorse. If you buy ANYTHING in here watch your money and count it before you leave !!!! If any mistakes happen after your transaction and you walk out the door just know you will be told there's "nothing they can do" (like they can't take the receipt with the register number/transaction #/cashier name and recount the register) How does the register "balance out" when YOU KNOW they have extra $ from you because you know what you handed the cashier? You can have a receipt and it doesn't matter. Treat customers how you would want to be treated. The cashier made a mistake and Adam could care less about me getting my money back. Lesson learned. I will NEVER recommend this Wawa to anyone because of how I...
