My screen was cracked bad. I went there to get my phone fixed. I had dropped it face down. At first I didn’t mind using a cracked phone but then it slowly stopped letting me use it that’s when I had to do something, i came in, It took them about 20 mins to fix. I was amazed. Until I Checked my camera. It wasn’t working, front nor the rear. I asked them what happened and they claim that I damaged it when I dropped it, but i know that’s impossible because when I dropped my phone of course I checked everything to see if it was still working. But I had no proof of that because he said my last picture wasn’t a recent date, but why would I take a photo when my screen is completely cracked. Bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly, their prices aren’t honest and neither are they, i have a iphone 6splus they charged me $75 to fix BUT this guy was leaving the store around the same time as me and he had the same phone as me and they charged him $60. The receipt doesn’t show no proof of what you paid for exactly, it’s like they typed in the number and print out the number and approval of your transaction. They talk a lot in their language before answering each question, and they tax you like crazy! 75 became 85, he said it’s the tax and that’s something he cannot control. you just cannot trust no one. I lived and learned. I hope no one has the experience I have. Make sure you ask questions and ask for a list of set prices for the repaires of different models phones. Please don’t get...

This is the best thing that happened to me today…went to a place in east over where they totally destroyed my phone I looked up on google and found this place and came here..it was worth the time in this store..came from D.C. an hour drive…didn’t get my phone fixed coz it was already so bad got a phone from them had transferred all info and everything the employees there was very sweet and helpful took all the time to figure out everything and gave me the explanation of what damage was done to the phone…worth coming here..fully satisfied😊❤️Will visit anytime for anything..they got everything you want from any kind of repairs to accessories for your phones and tablets....
