Worst experience ever with the added benefit of food poisoning. 🤮 We got there at 6:50. There were 3 other tables the whole time we were there. We were greeted by RO but we didn’t get her name until we got the check and saw it on there. Honestly I felt like she needed a lot more training. She didn’t even know the menu. Once seated we were immediately asked for our drink orders. Then left alone for a good while. Once she returned with our drinks we ordered a crab pretzel, and broccoli bites for appetizers. They took 20 minutes to come out. The broccoli bites did not have the ranch sauce. We waited another 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. My boyfriend and I then asked for the ranch sauce and drink refills. The ranch was brought out by kitchen staff. Our server was no where to be seen. So I asked for our fe fills again. Then, my boyfriend and I ordered our food. I ordered a crab cake dinner with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a side Greek salad with no onions (I have an onion enzyme allergy). My boyfriend ordered a tortellini dish that had mushrooms, sausage, cheese, and onions. With a side of garlic bread. The server then left and came back ten minutes later telling my boyfriend that he also had a side salad and what dressing would he like. Then we waited 20 more minutes for our salads. Mine had onions on it. So I picked them off. As best I could. Then ate a few bites. And pushed it away. Another 30 minutes before our food came out. And by that time it was 9pm so we asked for boxes when our food was brought. Only to have to wait 10 minutes for them during which time we ate our food. Once the boxes came we boxed up our food. My boyfriend put his card with the bill which was brought with the boxes and then went to the bathroom. The server came by taking the check folder. And swiftly returned it I waited for him to sign. Then we left. On our way out we saw RO sitting outside with the delivery drivers and walking up to a silver car. She still had a table inside and they were looking for her. I woke up at around 1:30am ran to the bathroom felling as if I would throw up. I woke up this morning and took 20 minute diarrhea. I would give no stars if I could. Not sure retraining would help RO at this point. I will not be back for dine in. And I will strictly stick to pizza or wings. Unless you mess...

Horrible service!!!!!! My family and I had received a menu in the mail the other day so we decided to try out the food. We ordered our food tonight to have delivered. I ordered mini burgers with fries for one of my sons. My husband asked the lady on the phone if they had cheese on them because my son is allergic. The lady said no, but when we got the food it had cheese on it!!! We also ordered 2 apple pies and 1 chocolate cake. Instead we got 2 chocolate cakes and 1 apple pie. Even on our receipt it said what desserts we ordered correctly. I called the restaurant to let them know of the mix up with the food. A lady put me on the phone with a male manager. I told him the situation and he asked me what I wanted him to do to fix the problem. That in itself was weird because we felt that we shouldn't have to tell them how to correctly go about the wrong-doings. As far as the desserts go, he told me they only have 1 apple pie left. This should have been told to us when we were ordering or at least when they realized they couldn't complete the order. He then suggested to make new burgers for my son and send a refund for the missing dessert (or give us credit..which we declined the credit because we already knew we wouldnt be ordering from there again). The delivery man showed up later with our refund for the dessert, but NO new burgers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He then proceeded to ask for the extra chocolate cake!!!!!!!! This man drove all the way back to our house to give us 5 dollars and ask for an already delivered cake slice. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! That is very disturbing that they asked for the cake. It made me think if they do that alot and how many times have other people touched a dessert that was returned. What are they going to resale the cake slice!!!! UPDATE: Since I wrote the review below Pats Pizzeria has gone seriously downhill. I'm not sure why I keep getting food from here but probably because i keep hoping it will return to what it used to be. Last three times I got the Stromboli it was so cold in the middle that the shredded cheese was hard and cold and not melted at all. The last pizza i got was flat with no dough rise and burnt on the bottom. I have also bought a salad that was so sad and almost nothing but plain lettuce . And last but not least the last two cheesesteaks had about 25% less meat then it used to have and kind of cheap tasting. WHAT HAS HAPPENED over the past year????

Ordered carry out from this establishment a few times and have NEVER been disappointed. Their meatloaf dinner is top notch and good as grandmas. I also have had their pizza and found it delicious. Toppings are nice sized pieces where you can actually taste the flavor of each topping. Stromboli was the best i repeat the BEST I have ever had. Lots of cheese and a nice soft chewy crust , which makes PERFECT stromboli. Delivery service was timely and I love paying ONLINE. They also have a club to join so you can collect rewards for your orders. Delivery person was polite and friendly. I rate this place 5 stars and I guess the only thing that would make it better for me is if they made the pizza crusts a little more puffy and chewy. OF COURSE, thats my personal preference and their crust has great taste and is good.... so i still give...
