STAMPED ...A beautiful breath of fresh air..
You're not treated like just a person wanting pizza here or a cog in the machine. So, I ask you to please overlook the appearance on the outside as nothing special. Last time, the pizza didn't make it on the way back home. It's a classic pizzaria; and my go-to here now besides Ledos if you like that. Don't ask me why, but I picked this place randomly because good pizza is hard to find in this region, hoping the reviews rang true. You bite and it's like: "Wait a minute, wait what? This is really good:)" Yeah. Unexpected burst of flavor and soul. Especially when owners working, the goods are made and packaged together with care, and not carelessly thrown on the pie. I'm biased based on preferences with pizzas and this place got my number for sure. What is impressive was the infectious kindness and heart of the owners and work ethic of the staff despite the every day grind. The sauce and level of freshness of the ingredients. Real garlic. Dough is flakey, golden brown and not burned. Out within 15 mins. Like whut? Wings are not flour- battered and not abnormally large Also, if you like that sorta thing:) Value was tremendous in this current market. The owners are an older married couple who really care about their customers, quality, and efficiency of their local business. They value feedback, are gentile, respectful, won't be tilted when faced with disrespect but also don't push over; neither. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion 10/10 or if you just would like company at a quiet, safe inside to dine-in. Their tomato sauce and crust for pies is on the thinner side, but not too thin. If you like that too. They are accommodating. Simple ingredients and yes, flavorful. The slice still holds up, though. Just dang impressive. They made my week the first time. Gem in the rough. Slice of New England style pizza in MD. Thank you to this family. Thank you for going strong and your patience...
Read moreirst they left my food outside and didn't call and completely ignored my request for no tomato that I CALLED in for. After calling after over an hr to check my pizza they say it's been delivered and I say no one called me, so I go and check with her on the phone and see it just sitting on the floor outside. They deliver their own food so DoorDash can't notify after a drop off it's up to them to not only knock but call which they didn't. I offer to return and exchange. One hour later the same driver comes and bangs on my door so hard my baby woke up. Still no call . Instead he yelled at me for choosing the drop off option and said don't choose it. So I'm guessing we are psychic and are supposed to just assume our food is outside from some spiritual force. Anyways he continues to yell and yell as my baby cries in the back upstairs. I take the food while he cussing me out and close the door to find a pizza he clearly stuck his thumb and and spat in. You can see the thumb print and spit sitting inside the indentation.Needless to say I ended up with Pizza Primetime and was highly satisfied. This however went straight...
Read moreI've patronized this establishment a ton of times. I've had their platter with chicken, beef, chick peas, and a side salad. I've had various versions of their wings. I've tried a couple versions of their pizza, including the Philly, white sauce, pepperoni, and cheese, as well. This establishment produces great quality food.
I don't think there's a time I can think of when I wasn't satisfied. I usually get a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza with fried baked wings for me and my kids. I also downloaded the app so that I can take advantage of their rewards and great specials.
Most recently, we got a large pizza with half cheese, half pepparoni, and six fried baked wings. We had them cut our pizza in 16 slices and make it well done. It was delicious as always, and it only cost $20 with a tip since we picked it up and used a $10-off rewards coupon.
We'll continue patronizing this establishment because they're consistent with the quality of their food, and we know we can count on them in terms of the value we receive. I recommend you tey...
