I’m not sure why crystal plaza gets a pass for looking like an abandoned shopping center but I’m so glad I’m leaving this dirty ass town. You have to risk your life getting across the light. The food lion is always having power outages which means their freezer and fridge are not always running properly. Property owners suck and in my case drew out my new lease well over 4 months after my lease ended. Causing me a hardship being able to secure new capital to restart after changing our deal to relocate into larger space at Crystal Plaza. Had found black mold in the vents and a heating unit rusted to all hell to which I had zero heat and hot water the entire time I leased there. It shouldn't have taken eight months to end a lease.
