This store sells returns from Amazon. So most of what you’re buying is damaged or broken. While you shop, the owner runs around yelling at people. He has rules about kids eating or drinking (including baby bottles), kids not being in carts, and people opening boxes - s/n I went to the location in Virginia and nobody cared if you opened boxes. He also has a rule that if you get to the register and decide you don’t want something, he’ll ask you to leave without buying anything. My MIL is elderly and English isn’t her first language. He screamed at her because she had grabbed something that wasn’t supposed to go on sale til Friday (he later yelled at one of the employees for bringing it out when they weren’t supposed to) and accused her of taking it from the storage room. 2 other customers had to speak up on her behalf and say they saw her get it from one of the pallets for him to walk away (with no apology for yelling at her of course.) If you’re Black, people will be watching you closely. I asked for an application because they had a sign advertising they were hiring. The owner’s son let me know his dad wouldn’t hire anyone who isn’t Hispanic or fluent in Spanish because the majority of their customers are Spanish speakers, but told me to leave my name and number anyways. If you arrive at opening time, prepare to be standing in a line. People will push you, your kids, your cart, and your stroller if they want something and you’re in the way. Somebody shoved my baby because I had my cart beside me. I’ve seen people take things outta someone else’s cart while their head was turned. I’ve seen people grab stuff outta someone else’s hands because they want it. You will definitely feel like you’re shopping on...

I was buying products for resale here, they claim to be a great resale store. They even had a great deal the manager would offer where you spend a hundred dollars on their products and you get to pick an apple product from behind the counter where they sell their new products that are not returnsand brand new.I chose the apple gen 2 airpods, not needing them i also put them up for resale and sold them on marketplace.The person i sold the to asked if they were real and did not really know so i did a apple product check on the apple website and put in the serial number and it checked out so i said they were real and checked out on the apple site.The next day i was contacted that they were not real and i looked on your website and saw that numerous people have also been told the same and sold airpods or watches that were not real.I have now have deleted my whole marketplace page because i do not know if the products i have bought here are real or fake.You have the airpods for sale for 80 dollars at your store brand new in the box and i sold them for the same price, i would never of put them for sale if i knew this. Looking at the reviews is what opened my eyes to this, if i knew these were not real i would of never of sold them or even of used the deal you offer to get them. I would like to know how to fix this, if i tried to bring it back to you i know you will not give back a refund or would even admit they aren't real so all i can do is add to the rest of the reviews in hopes people read them before reselling any products...

Not worth the time. I’ve been on a Wednesday which is the 1 dollar day and a Friday which is the $10 day both days the selection of “available” items were horrible.all of the items that could be worth your time are roped off and supposedly for another day. When you walk in you’ll see There are mixers and coffee pots etc propped for display but not available for sale until supposedly another day and very loud music from one genre. On my first trip to this store there was pungent smell throughout the store. Most of the available for purchase items are in a non-descript box that you aren’t allowed to open. Also wondering how it’s legal in to advertise online that everything in the store is one price but there are mastresses for 200 + dollars, randomly priced clothes, and items behind the counter with various prices. I asked the person who I believe is the owner or manager( because of the way he hovers by the door and the register) why there aren’t more items available and on both occasions he said come back the next day. The owner and the associates will watch you very closely and make you uncomfortable which is laughable considering what they are selling . I will say I have not been when the doors open so maybe that’s when they place a couple of worth while items out but overall not worth...
