Read moreIf I could give less stars I would. The pharmacy switched my son's ADHD meds from name brand to generic without notice and without consent and then blamed us for walking away with the wrong meds. When I called in to complain, stating that the doctor's office hasn't changed the prescription since the last three years and they've been dispensing the name brand for the last year, they said they were out of the name brand and decided to dispense the generic without providing notice or obtaining consent from anybody. They charged the same co-pay for both the name brand and generic, sealed the meds in a bag, and then blamed us for not checking to see if the meds in the bag was the one we typically purchased. They then proceeded to say that they cannot take the meds back once it leaves the store. The Drive-Thru automatically counts as leaving the store as long as you tear open the sealed bags! If my insurance didn't mandate us using Walgreens I would've never switched to them! I've since switched over to a new insurance just to avoid using Walgreens as...

I told the cashier it would be nice to have a sign that said “Closed” instead of “Come back at 2:00,” and of course he didn’t care. So… don’t come...
