Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

Placed an online order for my family and waited 1.5 hours for delivery. The tracker wasn’t working properly the status was in “Prep” for an hour. I called the store at 6:41pm to check the status of my order and spoke with Nia and she said “your order is out for delivery and should be there shortly! 33 minutes later the driver arrived . We promptly opened the food and was thoroughly disappointed . The fries were cold, the subs were room temperature and poorly made, the pizzas were room temperature. I called immediately and waited 10 minutes to get a live person. Explained the issue to a staff member and then asked for a Manager who only wanted to identify himself as Zeek. He was rude, irate and very unprofessional. I asked him to redo the food and he screamed “I’m coming to get the food and give you a refund and never order from my business again!” I couldn’t get a word in over his yellling… he finally shut up and I tried to explain that I just had surgery and my 4 kids 3 adults waited patiently for the food and your store messed up so replacing the food was my request! He yelled I will not and hung up on me. I will do this review, call corporate and my credit card company! This is the poorest service I ever received in my life. Paid the bill and tipped the driver well only to be treated like trash! This establishment should be avoided at all cost! You don’t take peoples money, provide a subpar product and get angry because the customer wants what they paid...

I order doordash from here anywhere from 2-8 times each month. The fact that they're the ONLY place that let's me order all flat wings, means a lot! That alone gets them a 5 star rating in my opinion. Literally no other restaurant in my area let's me get the wings I want. That being said, the only complaint I would have about the wings is they always slack on the sauce. Its almost as if they can't afford to put any on my wings. I always have to order extra sauce. It seems the more extra side buffalo sauce I order, the less I get on my wings. For example, today I ordered wings through doordash, and I actually got two extra wings in total for what I ordered. I got all flats! It was great! The only sauce I ended up having was the extra buffalo sauce I ordered on the side. They looked as if there wasn't a drop of buffalo sauce on them. Anyway I don't know what the issue is, I will buy a ton of buffalo sauce next time. They definitely deserve 5 stars. Their food is impeccable but they will skimp you on your buffalo sauce!

I am not going to be rude on my review. I’m just going to try and be honest and I am going to keep it brief. I got the Philly cheesesteak and some cheesesteak fries. The actual fries were OK, they were not hot and they did not taste fresh. They tasted like they were previously fried and then probably leftover the deep fryer to keep warm. Same thing with the cheese steak meat on the sandwich and the fries, the meat tasted overcooked and not fresh. There was no juiciness to it at all. The meat tasted like they had overcooked it and then left it on a warm side just to keep warm for whenever someone orders a sandwich. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean, so I will give it that. And the customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in the store and they took my order quickly. The food also came pretty quick but after eating it I could see why. like I said in the beginning, I’m not going to be rude and I do not want to bash them, but I would not recommend the two items that I got when I ate there.
