Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

Terrible customer service. I submitted a mobile order for my family. Upon noticing that our order was incorrect, I called the restaurant. The associate that answered proceeded to argue with me over our order, even though I explained the process and options presented for mobile ordering. I also explained that the error involved a food allergy, which was my main reason for insisting the order be corrected. I'm a firm believer in respectful interactions and refused to raise my voice in return. After much back and forth, he finally agreed to correct the error. No apology. Called PBs at 8:10, said I was in a nearby hospital room; phone order taker confirms the ability to deliver the the Hospital AND ASK MY ROOM NUMBER. At 8:40 delivery says he's in the Lobby, I say I need you to come to room; he now says he's not aloud too, and I need to call the store. I call the store and they say the hospital didn't allow them. I call security, and they said that's not true, they gave the driver the directions to the room and he left the hospital. Highly upset with my last delivery. Paid the driver full price plus a dollar and change and still Had the nerve to ask me for more? Maybe one can’t tip or have cash but I felt that was real rude. Don’t get me wrong I’ve always tipped them 3 or 4 dollars just that day I couldn’t give them more. Anyways I feel like They used to make good cheese steaks and fries but lately for the past year they’ve been slacking. The fries I get are always te heated dry fries with no taste and not good.
