Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

First off, I didn't want to give a review after one order. Everybody can have a bad time once. First time I placed an order I ordered a medium pizza with sausage mushroom and onions. I counted 13 pieces of sausage. Very sparse. And the pizza was quite bland. The second time I ordered I ordered a full bacon cheeseburger sub with mayonnaise salt and pepper tomatoes and fried onions. My sub came to me with no bacon, no mayo and if it had salt and pepper it was so little that I couldn't tell that it was there The hamburgers were very dry. My french fries were all over the bottom of the bag. Evidently the driver had carried the bag in such a way that all the fries came out of the small bag that they were in and were all over the bottom in the bag that was carrying my sub as well. I cannot give anything more than one star, it wouldn't be right to all the other companies who actually do a good job. It would just cheapen all the good things that other...

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. Three individuals that stood out to me at this location are Grace (always polite and willing to help without any hesitation ) Tj (This dude is awesome. He truly went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I was taken care of I can’t thank him enough) and Jovan ( This guy was the first person I interacted with when I discovered the restaurant location. He has so much positive and good energy about him that I had to return and had the chance to meet the others) My food was prepared just as I ordered, served quickly, and everything tasted fresh. I really appreciate the care and effort shown by the team, and I’ll happily recommend this restaurant to others. Prices can sometimes be high but because of those three individuals that I mentioned, I’m will to still eat...

I ordered the Stromboli and all I received was a medium pizza folded over as a patty. When I picked it up I asked why is it so flat and does it still taste the same although looks differently, considering that it normally is plump and filled with lots of cheese (that’s the point of ordering this vs a pizza), and I was assured that it tastes the same. WRONG! I started to eat it and was very disappointed by the lack of ingredients (mainly cheese) on the inside of the “fold”. So I brought it back! The employee wasn’t rude or anything but when I told him it’s missing a lot of cheese and doesn’t taste how they normally should from here, he simply took it back and put in for another to be made…I was a little concerned that he never conveyed my concerns to the person who made my second one and sooo….I ended up with the same version of a bad medium pizza folded over posing as a Stromboli.
