If you like having customer service/(manager?) tell you in your face that you are causing bad business for them due to them getting an order completely wrong then order from here.
Called Pizza Boli's to inform them they sent the wrong order to my location and the person I spoke with assured me they will send the correct order. After waiting 2 hours I decide to call again and the same person says the driver is already on his way and should be at my location any minute now (that was a lie). I call again an hour later to ask about the driver's whereabouts and the same person tells me that he should be here any minute now once again, to which I ask for a refund for the order they got wrong. He proceeds to tell me that he's sorry and promises that the order will be hot and fresh by the time it gets to my location and that the delivery driver he has is new, and asks me for my address once again even though he should have already had it if he was telling the truth about the driver being a minute away from my place.
The "new" driver calls me saying that he is having trouble finding my location and specifically asks me to come outside near the entrance of the neighborhood so that he can see me. I stand outside in the cold for 10 minutes talking to this driver who was never able to find my location and then proceeds to tell me that he will hand it off to the first delivery driver who delivered my wrong order since at least he knew how to navigate to my location. To my surprise the delivery driver that couldn't find my location called me 15 min later and said that he is here waiting outside, so I step out and search for the delivery driver but he is nowhere to be found (I looked around the whole neighborhood just in case he was at the wrong door) and does not return my calls.
At that point I was fed up waiting for almost 4 hours for a simple order to be corrected and called customer service/manager? to tell him to give me a refund. He then had the nerve to tell me that I am creating bad business for them and that I called him hundreds of times (only 6 times due to wrong order, reluctance to give refund, updates on delivery status), tells me that they don't instruct customers to come outside as it is illegal to deliver that way even though his driver specifically told me to do so, says I gave the driver the wrong address (lie again, the first delivery driver was able to reach my location just fine) and tells me to call tomorrow (It was 7:57 pm, not even closing time). Only assuming it was the manger due to his comment about bad business, but it was whoever answers the calls from this store when placing an order.

My wife and I had a terrible experience in dealing with the Wheaton, MD store.
Here are the series of events: 6:05PM I ordered the pizza 6:50PM I called to check on the order. The man who answered said the pizza driver had already gone out, and would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes. 7:10PM I called to see what was happening. He said there must be traffic. He said the driver should arrive any minute. I asked him to call the driver to see where he is. I said I wanted to wait while he checked. He then said the driver was at Parklawn and Braxfield Ct, the entrance to our neighborhood. I asked him what will happen if the pizza is cold. (My oven is not working, thus the pizza order.) He said he would credit me back. 7:15PM The driver arrived. I asked him what happened. He claimed traffic slowed him down. I asked again, then he said that the store had passed out many coupons and they couldn't keep up with the orders. He suggested I speak with the manager. 7:17PM I called the store, and there was no answer after 15 rings. I called again after 1 minute. After many rings, the phone was answered, but no one said anything. I kept saying hello, and waited 2 minutes, then I hung up. 7:20PM I called the store again. A man answered and I explained who I was. He said to call back in 30 minutes, as the manager was not there. I asked where the manager was, and he said he was out running errands. I asked for the manager's name and I could not understand what he said, so I asked him to spell the name. He then hung up on me without answering my question.
This is ridiculous! I want my money back, and I will not be ordering from this Pizza...

Not only did they not let me track my order when I realized that it’s been awhile I looked for it and I had to reach out to them. It took almost 2 hours , then when I received it it was cold LAST BUT NOT LEAST , it was dead roach in my Alfredo Pasta talk about unsanitary when I expressed this to the manager at Pizza boils in Silver Spring MD he argued with me and refused to do anything about it and then hung up.
