"DO NOT ORDER IN THIS RESTAURANT" Why?

The service wasn't good, We called to order a pizza at 8:00pm ( they closed at 9:00pm which I'm aware of) the guy was in a hurry for me to order he's about to hang up the phone after I say what flavor I want for the pizza "Which is very rude for me and disrespectful".

Pick up Order, We went to grab our order and we are very disappointed about the quality of the pizza because it is not HOT AT ALL and the fries with beef and cheese was VERY DRY and STALE, there's no onion in the fries as well. It seems like the food was ready for the whole day/week and they re-heat the food and serve to the customer. :/

Packets, for the packets they just give you 2 each of cheese and 2 of pepper and 1 garlic for LARGE PIZZA!! Ok?! LARGE PIZZA I ORDERED PEOPLE but then I feel like I have to fight for it just to give me extra packets which he gave me 1 each cheese and 1 of pepper as you can see in the picture it is 3 pcs each toppings. I don't understand how this pizza place works when it comes of the service it's like the toppings are very expensive for them.

The Garlic sauce they gave me only 1, and I wanted another once but the Bold African Short guy was like "If you like another one, you have to pay CASH! I was like what?? CASH? I don't really understand this place. But since i pay through card it's easy to charge me through card, am i correct? And in this generation technology is very advance this is the reason why we have bank cards now.

But I do not understand why you accept only CASH? I don't carry cash at all. And I wonder how much he will charge me just for the Garlic sauce. I'm very disappointed in this PIzza Bolis Place. So, I didn't get any Garlic sauce so i walked away and I will not come back because everything was POOR SERVICE FROM PHONE CALL TO QUALITY OF THE FOOD AND THE SERVICES. I DON'T THINK IT IS WORTH TO COME. I paid almost $30 but fighting for the toppings and sauce was very unprofessional and poor service.

The food is mediocre, just a crappy pizza place. Better places nearby, like other national pizza chains that offer cheaper food through better deals. That’s my honest review.

Now about them stealing my money: I participated in their free pizza deal and they took advantage of me. I order something that cost 10.99 and with delivery and tax, it totals to 13.14. That consists of my 10.99 order and my free pizza. But I did not get that order. I got a 6.99 order. Yet they still charge me 13.14 to my debit card. I have proof, I emailed them pictures. So that means Pizza Boli’s stole my money. They have ignored my emails... this is outrageous these people shouldn’t even be in business.

Edit: and don’t drop off any flyers at my apartment you dishonest bastards.

Edit2: and notice how “pizza Boli’s corporate” responds to every other post but this post. That shows they are afraid of something. They are afraid to give me back my money that they stole from me. It is the truth, watch them ignore this, look at the dates that they post and when I have posted. They are cowards that’s why they ignore me. The only way to stay in business is to rob people,...

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!

I walked in and ordered a salad. The menu price says $7.99. He charged me $9.00. I asked for a receipt. He pointed to the receipt for the credit card machine and gave me that one. I asked him why it was over $1 in tax. He says some foolishness about the dressing, then shows me the kitchen ticket (instead of the register receipt) has $9 listed at the bottom. I ask him, so you're charging me for the dressing? He says no and that everything is included in the $7.99. I ask, "So, it's over $1 in tax?" At this point, he repeats himself about the dressing.

I hesitate to blame it on there being a language barrier, so I just dropped it. As I was waiting, I noticed that the register automatically printed out receipts. I was able to figure out which one was mine and grabbed it after I was given my salad. I was charged for extra dressing! Yes, it's only 50 cents but there's a...
