Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Never ever think of entering this store........they don't even deserve one star....either I would go for negative markings...if possible...becoz they don't even deserve that.....STAFF HERE DON'T EVEN KNOW AS TO HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS.....THEY MAKE THE SANDWICHES AS IF THEY ARE GIVING IT FOR FREE OR THEY ARE PAYING FOR THE SANDWICH FROM THEIR OWN POCKET. BETTER NEED TO TEACH THEM SOME COMM. SKILLS BY THE CORPORATE GUYS....SURPRISED THAT THE INSPECTION AT THIS STORE HAS NEVER BEEN TAKEN SERIOUSLY....DUE TO WHICH WE ARE ABLE TO SEE SUCH KIND OF RESULTS.....THE CORPORATE GUYS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE FRANCHISE NAME "SUBWAY" BEFORE HANDLING THE STORE TO SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE....THE MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE....AGAIN FOR ME...SURPRISED THAT IT WOULD BE THE SAME AGAIN 2ND TIME....NEVER EXPECTED SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM SUBWAY....VERYYYYYYYYYY VERYYYYYYYYYY DISAPPOINTED....DONT EVEN ENTER THIS STORE GUYSSS........NOR SUGGEST...

Some of the reviews of this Subway are accurate and some are overblown. Overall it's a solid Subway. You get standard Subway food at normal Subway prices. I've been here too many times to count as it was right near my work before my work changed locations. Sometimes they only give you a small amount of toppings, but every time I have asked for more, they have given it to me without an issue. This is Subway is always busy during lunch rush, so maybe that is why some people say they aren't friendly, IDK. Bathrooms...

Horrendous customer service. If google would let me give negative reting I would do that. No greetings at all. Only interested in finish the order as quick as possible even there is no longer queue. Lady named "parul" was so rude with us. She was not ready to listen our order properly and then Starts asking the order with very loud noise. She kept giving us dirty looks and was rude the entire time we were there. She also forcing to the old lady (co-worker) for speeding up.

Totaly ridiculous...better to find...
