I went to the Qdoba in Gambrills, Maryland and the staff’s behavior was uncalled for! I asked for some peppers and onion on my quesadilla. The girl making it took a couple tiny handfuls, literally 2-3 peppers a couple times, from a full container. I asked for more and she was arguing, refusing, without charging more. I was getting frustrated and told her I was almost ready to just leave, but I kept ordering. I asked her to spread some Diablo on the empty side of my quesadilla, like I always do! She intentionally did the opposite of what I asked. When I asked her to do it the way I asked, she started complaining to me about leaning on the glass. I removed my arms from the glass and asked her again to put the Diablo on as I asked. She still wouldn’t do it and complained about the glass still, at which point I told her to forget it, I don’t want it. I started to leave, but then went back and asked for her name, to report her to the cooperate officer. She wouldn’t answer and another guy said that she doesn’t have to identify herself. I said that every business has some form of being able to identify an employee, weither it’s a first name or number or something. He told me that no, they don’t have to identify themselves. We’ll see what cooperates thinks about that. I USED to be a regular customer there. They’ve been getting stingier with the food and more unfriendly lately and now this. If this is the kind of business they run, if they wanna give bad service, then they have lost my business, and lost a regular customer. I am absolutely disgusted with Qdoba. Don’t buy your food here, in...
Read moreI was one of 3 people in the restaurant, and it took a long time for me to order food. The young man was still in training that prepared the food, so he was extremely slow. He just slapped on the ingredients , it was very uninviting. The next worker was a young lady who took 10 minutes to wrap the burritos. She smashed and fondled and squeezed the food everyone is looking around like I didn't even think I wanted the food anymore. Then she finally gets to the wrapping part, and the tortilla breaks. She heads down the other end to grab a new one (very slow and nonchalant. to come na k and dump the ingredients out of the broken wrap and start the smashing and fondling of the ingredients all over again. I finally received this $18 burrito that I asked could just be placed in a bowl so I can leave, I had been in the restaurant for a total of 30-40 minutes. Started eating in the car, heading to Lanham, where I started getting a stomach ache and could narrow make it to the restroom. I left a little in my bowl and ate it the next day, where after about 10 min, I started to feel the same way. So I will never go to that QDOBA again. I rate this location in Crofton a 1. Poor customer service, management in black clothing was walking all around them looking lost herself and never stepping in to assist I wasn't the only person with issues. The other two people in there before me had to question a few things as well. ...
Read moreI would normally rate this location with a five star, however the person who made and rang out the food was being snappy with us. The manager (brown haired female?) was on her phone complaining that the store in severna park received a 94 on their visit, which means "they" are on the way here. She then asked another male to jump on the line. Someone walked in the door behind us and she snapped yall will have to wait these people have a huge order (6 meals) and I have 8 online orders that have just come in for me to make youll have to wait. When we asked for 2 chips and queso the person ringing us out walked down to the middle of the line and hit the counter stating if we wanted chips and queso we should've ordered it when we were in the middle. I scanned my app and paid while they scooped the chips. They put 4 salads in a bag and I put the little bag with the 2 burritos in it in the big plastic bag. They then handed me 2 bags of chips and a bag of queso and stated I would have to carry out the one plastic bags and the 2 chip bags and queso separately because they couldn't "waste" another bag on me. This by far has been my worst experience at a qdoba... I guess from now on I will just have to visit the store in severna park that got a 94... because clearly they know how to take care of...
