Love this place! The sushi is fresh and really affordable. Reading the comments regarding ringing you up fast and making sure you dont have the sushi in your hot palms is actually good customer service. When I pick out my sushi they place it in the bag while I look if I want anymore. When I buy it while grocery shopping they keep it in the fridge til I'm done and ready to go home. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but if you dont understand the culture maybe you should try to understand instead of being uneducated...

I have ordered here plenty in the past. I would recommend that you get sushi on a high volume day where the sushi is constantly moving. It's a hit or miss at times but you get so much value in most situations. Given this is your run of the mill type of sushi, your not going to get any jiro quality stuff. Lotte platter was solid on the cali rolls but the fish was not tasting fresh. Tuna and salmon had some inedible veins. Pieces are too thick for me. not the best tasting sushi I've had in the world but for the price it's totally worth trying. my favorite sushi place is a little ways from my house so I wanted something quick and cheap. I took the trip to rainbow sushi and got a spicy tuna roll and rainbow roll. everything for only 13 dollars and it was so much food I couldn't even finish it.
