I thought of not writing a review but they disappointed me. I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After placing my order over the phone, I arrived to find that it hadn’t been entered into the system. The staff took my order again, and I ended up waiting an additional 15 to 20 minutes. I tried the Chicken Vijayawada Boneless, Goat Dum Biryani, and Goat Haleem. Unfortunately, the Vijayawada Boneless was far from the classic dish I expected. That was not at all the Vijayawada boneless Biriyani. They just made some random boneless chicken Biriyani and selling as Vijayawada boneless, the chicken tasted off, leaving me feeling bloated. It felt like a random chicken biryani being passed off as something authentic. The Goat Biryani was just average and not worth the price, while the Haleem was unappetizing and had a strange color. I reached out to the owner about my concerns, someone picked my call, looks like he didn’t know English he gave the phone to another guy and that guy acted like super smart suggesting I might have received the wrong order wow.! He said he is going to look into it but never followed up. Overall, the food and service were very...
Read moreI recently dined at Biryani and Baker a halal restaurant that keeps things simple yet incredibly satisfying. The setting is modest, with straightforward décor and a relaxed, no-frills vibe. However, it’s the food that truly shines. The menu is packed with flavorful options, and every dish I tried was bursting with taste. I started with a plate of falafel, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with a side of tangy tahini. For my main course, I had the lamb kebab, which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The spices were spot-on, adding depth without overpowering the natural flavors of the meat. The garlic naan on the side was fresh and warm, a perfect companion to the meal. The service was friendly and efficient, adding to the pleasant dining experience. If you're in the mood for big flavors in a laid-back atmosphere, [Restaurant Name] is the place to go. It’s a true gem for those seeking simple yet delicious...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at Biryani & Bakers for over a year now, and when it came time to choose a caterer for my wedding, there was no question — it had to be them. The food they delivered was absolutely fantastic and truly made our Valima feel like home, even though we were celebrating in the U.S.
From the Goat Biryani to the Mutton Haleem and Chicken 65, every dish was authentic Hyderabadi and full of flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it — so many people said it was the best wedding food they’d had in a long time!
If you’re looking for the best Hyderabadi food in the DMV or Baltimore area, this is the place. Whether you’re dining in at their restaurant or ordering for a large event, you can expect amazing quality, generous portions, and real taste that takes you straight back to Hyderabad.
Highly recommended for anyone who misses true Hyderabadi cuisine or wants to impress their guests with an...
