The order was placed last Wednesday at the Solomons RR for the BOGO double r bar sandwiches deal of the day. So at the drive through, the order was placed for three double r bar deals and I told to make 3 transactions if necessary but the cashier at the window said she could make it be on one transaction for the same deals. I provided my bank card to pay for it and was handed the bag with my bank card. I did not hear the total of my purchase nor did I have to sign for the purchase, but I was handed the bag of sandwiches just after being handed back my bank card. I left thinking (and should never have thought I was not jilted) I had hot food and still have to travel home to my family. A special deal for a treat for the family. I noticed the line of vehicles was backed up as everyone might have wanted the deal of the da. When I arrived home, I noticed I was charged for 6 sandwiches, when I really should have been only charged for 3 (hence it was but one get one). So I live far enough away that I made a phone call (actually many and kept being picked up and set back down to only get the hang up dial tone that night)! I tried to call the next am and it just rang and rang. I don’t live close enough to get back over there and my work hours don’t make it easy to get back over there. At the cost of the sandwiches, I know I should go back, but since I can’t quite make it happen....this review might shed the light to watch your receipt prior to leaving the window. You are the customer and you set the pace for the flow of not only your money but as a consumer....your products. Please be aware of deal cutting jilts. I just sucks that you can’t reach anyone even with the COVID-19 social distancing by phone for help. So as I was hung up on, I am hanging up on supporting them when I get the chance. I say, every time I come it’s out of stock can I please speak to a manager. Manager Mikayla comes to the window and tries to stand on business and say it’s out of stock. It’s very hard to believe it’s always out of stock. After a couple minutes of going back and fourth it magically shows up in the store and they aren’t out of stock anymore. Shocker!! Says it’ll be 17 minutes if I wanna wait. I have no problem waiting at all. Being in stock and not wanting to cook it for 17 minutes and being out of stock is 2 separate things. Read moreFrom the moment Damita gave us a warm greeting, to the clean restaurant and of course the delicious food, we were so impressed. Visiting the area from AA County, this brought back some nostalgia from my childhood. I was especially happy to see that Roy Rogers hires atypical people which warms my heart. I have children with needs, and it gives me hope for everyone that is EXTRAordinary. The young man who was working kept the place so very nice & clean. Everyone was working, not sitting around or goofing off on their cellphones, that's how you have a successful team, and a successful business. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.
