So good! Prices and portions are good for seafood in the current economy. We ordered the fried alligator basket, fried crab cake basket and a cup of cream of crab soup. The alligator is seasoned so well you don’t even need the dipping sauce it comes with but paired it’s delicious! The crab cake is lump crab and meets the Marylander approval of what a crab cake should be- no fillers, great taste fried perfectly golden. The cream of crab soup is delish and certainly will be my go to spot for it from now on! (Sold by the cup, bowl and even quarts) We splurged on dessert- carrot cake and Cheesecake Factory pumpkin cheesecake spectacular! Hubby was pleasantly surprised to find they have a liquor license and had bottled beer including Sam Addams Oktoberfest. The environment is perfect, comfy chairs, sturdy tables and little boutique style shopping options including all the seafood supplies you could ever need from seasonings, crab knockers, rolls of table paper and more. The staff were friendly and service was prompt. Order was accurate and freshly made. Overall highly recommend this restaurant.

If I wasn’t told about this place it would be hard to find. Tucked away behind Lees market indian head is the place to go for great seafood if your near Indian head. The fried oysters were fantastic as well as the frog legs. Both the fried oysters and frog legs are not easy to find in this area especially for carry out. They only had regular crabs left because it was Father’s Day but they had a a good amount of meat in them. As every crab place on Father’s Day it was as busy as it gets but still had good customer service and they were working hard. Definitely check this place out for yourself.

This is more of a carryout/seafood market vs restaurant. They do have 5 smaller tables up in a corner of the market where you can eat. We got the rockfish baskets and a side of fried okra. The rockfish filets are on the thin side but good flavor, french fries were amazing, okra was okay. The condiments are basic and no extras like lemon wedges are available, unless you buy the whole lemon. There weren’t any trash cans to put your garbage in after eating. The lady behind the counter will come over and clean it off. I would go there again but probably for carryout.

Order 200 dollars worth of shrimp and crabs on Mother’s Day. Called and said we just got home and it wasn’t steamed they just put it in the bag. There argument instead of solving the problem was we didn’t say steamed even though we said steamed twice. Other excuse when I asked so okay if we didn’t asked for them steamed how did we have wait 20 some minutes if you pulled them directly out the case in front of us took them in the back then called us when they came back. Once again we’re busy. Customer service and rectifying problems they are horrible at. Happy birthday and Mother’s Day to my wife next time we will go wait in line somewhere else. Instead of driving down there. Good thing we arrived about 30 minutes after they opened hate to see when they get even busier or they will just do like we heard them on the phone were out of crabs...

The folks here saying the prices are great have apparently spent a lifetime getting ripped off.

#2 makes are $60 a dozen. They're currently $12 a dozen in North Beach and $14 a dozen at Captain White's in Oxon Hill.

#1 males are $75 a dozen. They are currently $28 a dozen in North Beach and $32 a dozen at Captain White's in Oxon Hill.

If you enjoy paying a $300 to 400% markup for literally the same exact product/animal that came from the same body of water then by all means come to this establishment, lol. Or, simply pay the aforementioned cheaper prices at the other establishments and then light your hard-earned cash on fire as you start in...
