Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

This place is racist. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to customer service and interacting with us it is very disturbing. I had the cashier walk away from me as I was asking a question as to why my coupon could not be applied. She walked off said something In another Language and proceeded to act as if I weren’t there or just paid. Totally disrespectful. The coupon was scanned and we were told it can only be used 1 sandwich per order so we decided to do two things separate transactions. Now when the coupon went to be applied she claimed that we had used it already but when In fact the coupon wasn’t used until earlier. Now when I wanted to ask a question, she totally walked off as if I were nothing. If that’s how you treat ppl of color, then you’ll never get another...

Very disappointing experience! I visited this location today, and I was extremely disappointed with both the service and cleanliness. The Spanish lady and the Indian man working there were very rude and dismissive, showing no respect or professionalism toward customers. On top of that, the restroom was dirty and clearly not maintained or cleaned properly.

I’ve always liked Subway, but this visit completely changed my impression. Management really needs to address the behavior of their staff and improve the store’s hygiene. Customers deserve a clean environment and...

Went to this location after picking up my kids to grab something quick to eat. I had a coupon for 2 foot long subs at 12.99. My daughter had a friend who only loves the bread plain. 2 full subs and a plain bread my total went up more than expected. I asked why did it cost that much. The men talked amongst each other and then started getting angry with me. Saying the plain bread alone was 6.99. I was still baffled about it and googled it.
