DC Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

I normally come here to get food when I’m at the mall with no complaints but today I have one. I just came here just now 4/28 around 5:10 pm. I love Peruvian cuisine. But this location in PG Plaza was the worst. I ordered the Whole Tilapia Fish. It was over cooked and tasteless. The green beans were cold and taste like they were straight from the can. The vegetable medley was okay but, cold. I enjoyed the caramelized onions on the fish and that was it.
