Suki Hana — Restaurant in Maryland

I normally eat from here all the time no problems food always great until today when I placed an order for beef and shrimp and the short cook put chicken and shrimp I told him that the order was wrong but for argument sake can he put a few pieces of beef on the plate. He ignores me begins to speak Spanish and continues serving 6 customers before acknowledging me again and asking for my receipt. Once I showed him my receipt he then took the food off the plate and put it back on the grill then makes a new batch of shrimp and beef and then proceeds to put the old shrimp he jus took off my plate and gave me a scoop of beef and placed the new shrimp on somebody else’s plate. The chicken touched the shrimp and veggies and he just mixed the food with something different not knowing or caring if people have food allergies. Upon telling the store owner or manager on duty I was given a refund and told I’m sorry but just knowing that the cross contaminated food was about to be served to the next customer made me write this.
