&pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

To the person named Asia Danielle, please understand that the reason the line was out the door during your visit was because these people have been kind enough to assist government workers like myself who have been furloughed in that they have offered to give complimentary pizza and that in itself is a very kind act considering the influx of people taking advantage of this nice gesture. It's not the two ladies fault that they were understaffed that day. They were doing their jobs like the decent people that they are to accommodate not only their regular customers, but the government workers as well. I had the pleasure of a young lady named Soledad assist me today. She had impeccable customer service skills and attitude and was such a sweet person considering the fact that they are frequently inundated with furloughed federal workers. A very big thank you to her for handling the load with such a mature and calm demeanor. These people can walk off their jobs and there be no one to serve the customers, but because they enjoy doing what they do with such a big smile, let's be thankful that they are there to assist you, me and the others. Sometimes we find the smallest things to gripe about. Remember, it could always be worse, and also remember the fact that the long line you complained about is also the long line you waited in to be served, says something. JACOB WAS HORRIBLE. 10/29/23 @ 2:00 pm. I can not say it enough his attitude is awful and I believe he is racist. He did not want to help. There was no toilet paper and he said there was nothing he could do and I should leave the store while my pizza was being made to go out into the mall restrooms. He lied and said the shipment was late and arriving tomorrow but on the way out my mom used the restroom and when another coworker came in Jacob made the other guy fill the roll of toilet paper meaning there was more in the back. My pizza box was a mess due to my toppings being thrown together. I had a few slices left and asked for a small box to go. Jacob was rude and said he would not and could not give me a box to go. I have NEVER in my life been to a food establishment that would not give a paying customer a to go BOX. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced this horrible service to the point I needed to do such a negative review. I am honestly appalled by Jacob's nasty attitude. If he doesn't like black people he should not work in customer service. It is clear he hates his job and black people as well. This was the worst &Pizza experience I have ever had. I ordered 3 pizzas through delivery and non of them were correct, but that isn't what made this the worst experience. I have ordered before and there has been the occasional missed topping, it happens. Today, all 3 of the pizzas were missing the entire veggie section of our orders and 2 of them were missing the meat. That is bad, but not the worst. . The worst was the pizza for myself that I had to trash. I ordered red pepper flakes as a finisher and after the extreme heat I experienced after the first bite I noticed that the "red" that I thought was sauce peeking through, was actually clumps and clumps of red pepper flakes. I thought it might have been a mistake made with just the end I took a bite of, maybe the top of the pepper flakes accidentally came off and they couldn't get all the excess flakes off of that slice. It was hidden under all the arugula. When I knocked off all the arugula I could see the entire pizza was covered in an extreme amount of red pepper flakes.
