If I could put 0 stars I would , This location makes up its Own rules and tries to take advantage of customers and actually said they would rather loose customers instead of taking coupons . I went to this location last week with my 3 for $17 coupon that came in the mail and was told that it could not be used on steak subs I argued that why? Because clearly there is a picture of a steak sub on the coupon its self and left went down the road to the other subway in Pasadena and was told the same thing . Well this morning I decided to use my coupon and order online for 3 steak subs with egg. Well to my surprise the coupon worked went to the same location picked up my subs and questions the manager as to why I was told last week my coupon could not be accepted but yet if I order online it is accepted . The response was well your smart then to order online , most of our customers don’t know how to order online and we don’t accept there coupons . I said so you take advantage of your customers then bc they can’t or don’t know how to order online . She smiled and shook her head yes and said it’s up to the owner’s discretion we don’t want to take the coupons . I said you can’t make up your own rules like that . And the guy kept asking me what and I was very confused as I was not even 2 feet in front of him. He he could not understand me, and it was a very big bother. Normally I don't care for multicultural anything. But the fact that he couldn't understand what I said and messed up my sandwich and then when I asked him to please fix it or remake this sandwich. He instead grabs a spoon and then proceeds to scrape the stuff off. And just add extra of whatever I had mind you when I got home. One bite I tasted everything on it. It was very cold, even though I had it toasted. We had to wait at least 6 minutes to check out. And even then, it took 3 people to get my gift card to scan and they did not abide by there. Buy one, get 1 free. They charged me full price. And my girlfriend got a steak and cheese, and they charged her for the big Philly, so we never got the discount. Read moreUnprofessional and terrible customer service! I ordered a small catering order a week in advance that was accepted and confirmed online. The pickup time was 8:00 am, which I received notification via text on the scheduled day of pickup that the order would be ready, and at that time my card was charged for full payment. Upon arriving at the store just after 8am, it was closed with no staff onsite. At 8:33am, a single staff person showed up and unapologetically noted that the order was not ready, and in fact was scheduled for 9:00am (which was a total lie). After much back and forth, and refusal from the store staff to provide a refund for the discrepancy, I did receive the order. However, instead of acknowledging the fact that they opened the store late and did not fully honor the order and date/time for pickup that I had arranged, the staff person was argumentative, unprofessional, and unapologetic. With many other sandwich vendors in the immediate area, take your business elsewhere. I will never go back to this location, because you don't deserve my money if you don't respect me...
