First of all we had to wait in front of the double doors of store for 15 minutes after ordering our food through the drive thru. Then we get our food and check the bag and we are missing a naked chicken chalupa we ordered 4 and received 3. The young lady even repeated the order back to me before coming to the window. At this point I'm looking for my receipt only to realize that I never received one, so they gave me a duplicate copy when I went back in to ask about the food. On the duplicate we were charged for 3 naked chicken chalupas. My issue is that out of good faith and because we had to wait to get our food there shouldn't have been an issue with giving me a chalupa BUT of course we were asked to pay for the chalupa and given attitude as if we were trying to get a free taco. There was no issue with paying I just felt it was absurd given that she repeated the order to me and we wait for 15 minutes to get the food which was cold. I thought this was a fast food drive through anyway. I don't know maybe it was BAD day, still the service was subpar at that location on today...

She closed the window in my face after I told her I did not feel the need to move forward and go around the store to park in a spot to wait for French fries that would be up as they said 2 minutes when no cars were directly behind me because I was on a timer? I did not know I was supposed to adhere to employee rules as a customer? If my fries were taking 2 minutes, it did not make sense to me to move when no one was behind me and after that, the manager just shut the window in my face. I don’t even care to contact the store after such bad service. Im just going to contact my financial institution and get a refund for the bad food I received. The chicken was “warm”, the fries were fresh and hot, the biscuits smelled like stale old biscuits and were hard. Definitely not fresh food and I will never revisit...

I came through the drive thru and order the chicken burrito supreme. She gave me the price, and it came up lesser then the normal price. After placing my order, I drove up to the cashier and asked him, "this is for a chicken burrito supreme right" and he said yes.
I received my order and left. While heading down the road, I took a bite of my food and the order was wrong.. I turn back around to the drive thru. I was greeted again. And told them that the order was messed up. She tried to argue with me, in which I don't do, but she made the correct burrito. However, she gave me my correct order... But the burrito was really gross!! Horrible. I will never eat there...
