On 4.22.21 I decided to treat my spouse and I to dinner here. There was hardly anyone in the drive-thru. I didn't know what I wanted since each location change their menu. Upon my arrival to order, I asked the person to give me a minute to review before placing my order.
After a quick glance, I proceeded to ordered a Crunchwrap combo and a Supreme Chalupa, but I didn't realize that the order #6 was a chicken Chalupa, but advised I wanted beef.
Was advised to pull forward and given my total, which changed again when I confirmed my order. Three different individuals came to the window to talk to me about the order. After multiple confirmations, I was advised of another balance, which I paid.
After a few minutes, the young lady handed me the drinks, which were correct. And then was handed a bag, which was weird because most of the times the Crunchwrap is served in a box. But I didn't check before leaving. Which is probably my fault. As I drove home, I started to open the bag and didn't see not one thing I ordered. The entire bag was filled with soft tacos and burritos.
I had to get back in my car to return the items. I paid nearly close to $20 for food that was not what I asked for. I parked my car and went inside and had to wait nearly several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. A female appeared, and I assumed was the manager asked how could she help. I advised I was returning the order given. She asked if I wanted something else. I was extremely upset and declined. But was insulting, the young lady that served me prior, advised the manger that my food was sitting on the counter... Do I look like I want to be served cold food that I should've been served in the first place. I will no longer...

This taco bell used to be good. As of the last year it has continually disappointed, even for taco bell standards... Chicken chalupas are consistently hard as a rock. Portions of cheese, beef, chicken etc is consistently too low. Most of the time items seem to have sat for long periods of time.
What pushed it over the edge was a completely screwed up order (30 dollar order) - wrong items, inedible food, missing items. I called on the phone to get it replaced and was told to come into the store, let them know I called and they would replace my order. The person who told me this didn't give a name. Went to the store and I followed the received phone instructions. I was told I must give a name for the person who I talked to. I indicated they didn't give one. I was accused of trying to steal food and they could never replace an order that is 30 dollars. No problem, I will take my 30 bucks elsewhere next time.
I will not be returning to this location after being a customer for 5 years. The only thing consistent about this location is the food is a disappointment. Horrible service and food quality......even for...
Read moreThis is my new favorite Taco Bell location, I was used to the constantly sub par location on rt40 in East Baltimore. Now my Taco Bell trips are always fresh and the staff at this location are very friendly, always asking how you're doing at the speaker (it's the little things). Even in a packed drive-thru during lunch hour (thanks COVID!), I'm always impressed with the turnaround on orders. To top it all off, I have not had a soggy taco since moving out of the city and that's a beautiful thing! Keep up the good work!
Update: Docking a star for their dinner hours crew, have ordered twice online via the app, orders are literally itemized down to the ingredients. 1st visit: all crunchy tacos were smashed (I understand they break sometimes but this was bad). 2nd visit, they directly missed big ticket items on my order. Went back the 2nd time, food got cold that I had recieved, but they did fix the order... Check your bags before leaving the drive through!
Also, phone is almost always busy, so you're SOL. Awesome!
All lunch orders have been 👌though, staff is overwhelmingly friendly, and I appreciate them going...
