Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

I’m hoping things get better since it is a new location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla unfortunately it literally had like four pieces of chicken, my taco was all cheese no meat. I was supposed to get chips and cheese they gave cinnamon twist with cheese. My fiesta potato’s were dry like they had been sitting all day, honestly the only good part of my meal was the Pepsi. Sorry Taco Bell but I was not happy with this order

Update February 17 2022 So I went back to give them another chance and I should have went with my gut. This restaurant needs serious help, I order a cravings box and it looked like it was thrown in the bag. My order was coming apart in bag causing it to be soggy and a mess so, my cinnamon twist there were literally five twist in the bag not sure what happened. I went back through drive thru to have them remake it only to again be disappointed, as all they did was put same product in different bag. I will never visit this location ever again. First time visiting here to try out “Breakfast Taco Sausage” and “Premium Hot Coffee” for mid-morning breakfast. Even though I ordered ahead on the mobile app, they were not ready for pickup on time. Behind the counter, one Taco Bell Team Member was busy dealing with the drive-thru customer orders, while another Taco Bell Team Member was sitting in the dining area, talking to someone over her mobile phone in Spanish. No wonder why my order was not ready for pickup on time. In case you have never purchased a cup of hot coffee ($1.89 excluding state sales tax) from Taco Bell before, it only comes in one size – plain white medium cups (whether you like it or not). Also, do not expect to receive a full cup of hot coffee; usually, you only get about 2/3 of the hot coffee...

Do not dine in here. You will not be served in a timely fashion. I've never had a problem with the drive thru, but the last 2 times I've ordered inside they forgot about my order. The last time it took 25 mins and I didnt get my food, I got a refund. I had a problem with the ordering kiosk and it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the front. After my order was placed i waited 10 mins to get an update was told that it wouldn't be long for my order. 15 mins later I had to grab a manager for refund after many guests that showed up after me, received their food very quickly.
