Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

This was by far the worst experience in my 25 years of going to any chipotle in the country. Highly Under Staffed, and very nonchalant towards the customers standing in line waiting to make there order. When finally confronted by a employee he was very “Non Caring” attitude like we were bothering him about doing his job, also i asked for a burrito and he automatically grabbed the bowl container and started pouring Brown rice in it when i didn’t ask for that and also gave the beyond smallest portions of food, also the chicken was clearly not cooked after i noticed he put what was half a spoon full in the bowl (look at pics for example of uncooked chicken) . There wasn’t any signs stating they had NO ( Fajitas, Lettuce, Hot salsa, or even tortillas) then when he was done putting the order atrociously together it sat there for like 5 minutes as literally (4) employees worked by the takeout side walked by and didn’t even acknowledge me and one other customer waiting to just check out. No offense the establishment has been like this for awhile for a lack of caring and seems to be run by a group of teenagers. Not sure who the manager is but Corporate desperately needs to get in there and FIX THIS. It’s just sad and not at all a good look for the company especially with it not even being a old location. This is the 3rd time in the last month and half it’s been like this but this was the worst and the place is disgustingly trashy and not at all looked after. I could see if i was the only one who felt like this but the comments are all recent and for a chipotle to have a 2.8 rating isn’t a good thing. And it starts with the...

This location has gone downhill in the last year. Terrible service all around & would give zero stars if I was able to. Way too many messed up orders. Zero customer service skills. The staff acts like they cannot speak to customers, but are all grouped up in the back talking & cussing with one another with their loud inappropriate music in the back.

Today was my last visit to this location ever. It took a couple minutes for me to be helped, although there was NO OTHER CUSTOMER there. All staff was grouped in the back listening to Pop Smoke. When I was finally helped, I asked for chicken. The container the staff member reached for had literal dried up chicken scraps. I immediately asked for fresher chicken. She literally only shook her head no. I asked was any other chicken going to be cooked, because I can wait. She said nothing and shook her head again…. someone else came up and revealed a whole fresh container of chicken. -_- THANK GOD! Then, while fixing my bowl. She pauses and starts having casual conversation (cussing) with a coworker. I get home to find my entire side of guacamole is a huge chunk of avocado that I cannot eat. I went back to get another cup and a new staff member acts like she cannot speak either. Takes my old cup (ew, COVID sanitation) and gives me a fresh one. Says nothing. The staff needs to all be replaced.

And the food is BLAND! So disappointed.

The Golden Ring Chipotle is 10-15 minutes away. I’ll always drive the extra minutes instead of coming to this dump...

Another great experience at this location. The parking lot was packed when I arrived around 8pm so I guess they had just had a Sat night dinner rush. Just one lady was ahead of me waiting on chicken. I also wanted chicken but it was ready within a min of her telling me.

All of the employees were professional and working more than efficiently - fast! I asked for a little extra rice and it was no problem. My food was made quickly and all of it (bowl, chips, guac) tasted great.

The bag charge is a county law that's been in place since early Nov 2023 that charges $0.05 per bag. All retail must do this. Chipotle doesn't have a say in the matter.

This location is just fine. Leaving a 5 to balance all these 1 stars. Definitely not a 2.9 star location. More like a 4 to 4.5 in my opinion on this visit. The white rice could've been a little softer/hotter but the chicken and beans were hot. Ingredients fresh.

Employees were polite. This isn't Chick Fil-A where they have to say "my pleasure" every time you speak to them. Line moved quickly.

Inside looked like a normal Chipotle. Clean ish with some rice and food on the tables. The line never stopped the entire time I was there. Seemed like a pretty popular spot.

If you are leaving bad reviews, please also leave good reviews when you have good experiences. Not trying to negate an actual negative experience but I don't trust people's opinions if they only leave...
