Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Maryland

Edit (same day): I saw the owner's response and the only thing to make it 5 stars again would be to fix the soda machine. I also already gave a review directly to Noodles and Company from signing up for rewards.

Took my niece and nephew here over the weekend as they love Noodles and Company. 🍜 My brother doesn't so they don't go often haha.

Upon entering, the store appeared clean and only 1 group was ahead of us. When we got to the front of the line, the cashier was very friendly and professional. She introduced herself to us as Mercedes (sp?). She was knowledgeable in explaining different options, and she took our order efficiently. 🙏🏼

She also brought our order out to us and was patient as the kids received their meals and utensils/napkins. Customer service was amazing so 5/5 there. 🔥

The food being 5/5 is that it was a good portion and it was served hot. 3 sets of noodles and pot stickers. Tasted good. 😋Know where you are and rate the food accordingly. I'm not comparing Noodles and Company to a Michelin-rated Italian restaurant.

Atmosphere also 5/5. The restaurant appeared clean. The only issue was the soda 🥤 machine kept pouring soda for a couple seconds after the button was released and some options weren't available (this is like McDonald's and their ice cream machine? Haha.) Not enough to dock any stars.

If you like Noodles and Company, this is a great location, and there are many other food and shopping options in the area. Many thanks to Mercedes for great service! 🥳 Hope to be back in the future...

I purchase 3 pasta fresca dishes with no cheese. I had a problem with 2 of them(i was sooo irritated i didnt even check the 3rd). The 2 that i did taste were very dry and chard. I order them with out cheese because i am vegan and i love the way it taste when i order it from the towson location( when im getting lunch at my other job) ive never been served chard noodles before now, also they must not have added enough sauce because it tasted nothing like what im us to. I almost worked at this locate and during training was taught that the goal is to have the first dish taste the same as the last. Im just EXTREMELY upset that on my lunch break of which i only had 30mins and i was clearly hungry bc 2 were for me, i did NOT receive good food even though i know what i am use to. Please fix this issue because i dont drive and i am not always able to get to the whitemarsh location( my boyfriend takes me where i need to go when he isnt working). I have already thrown away this food out of frustration because this would have been the 2nd time returning something and again i dont drive and i was on my 30min break. Thanks A very...

Made my 1st visit here today, and sitting here writing this. I was really hoping to give it more stars but I had trouble finding a clean table when I walked in, only 2 other people here so not sure why dirty tables, finally selected my table and had to move because of flies. When I sat on the other side of the restaurant there were still flies there, and not just one fly but several. The food was good. I got the grilled chicken pesto pasta and while even with the cleanliness issue I was going to still give 4 stars. My only suggestion with the food would be, if your serving grilled chicken on top and it's sliced, slice it... my pieces were all connected. I went down in stars because of the staff. There's a group hanging around, loud, yelling and acting out. Is there not a manager in this place? I know it's a fast casual dinner place, but come on let's still make it an enjoyable place to eat. The pic is just a small group of the workers, there's more that were sitting with them. Will I be back?? Maybe, the food was good and there are somethings I would like to try. I may do carryout or try a different...
