Let me start off by saying I'm from New Jersey, I'm out here on work and looked at some reviews. This place stood out...
I walked in and was greeted at the door and I asked for a restroom they didn't hesitate, I washed my hands and proceeded back to the front counter and asked if I can sit anywhere..
I sat at a table near the window and the menu was very well made I was a little sad to see that there was no chicken franchise but it wasn't a deal breaker I saw they had happy hr from 3-7 and I order a seasonal Sam Adams
Well I was surprised to get an Octoberfest on draft already but it was a good surprise
My waitress seemed very attentive and asked if I needed more time and I replied yes I'm sorry there is just so many options
Well I went for the garlic bread with smoked provolone and this was an appetizer.
It came out I was asked if I would like another draft and I said yes and she came back asked how the garlic bread was I said it was great and then I saw they had a salad/soup/bread deal for 8 dollars it was unlimited so I asked since it says garlic bread on here can I just roll over the appetizer to this combo deal she said yes you can I just have to add the cheese on I said great the soup was homemade chicken and it was good the salad had a few things I didn't particularly like but it was ok I just put them to the side and at the end of the meal she asked if I wanted more I said oh I couldn't I'm stuffed the owners we walking around and asking how everyone's meal was I was just getting up after signing the check and leaving a tip and I replied I'm from nj this is my first time here and it was amazing he said I'm glad you enjoyed it I said very much I will be writing a review and well I wish I could have tried more things maybe next time as if I'm in the area I will definitely be coming back... Thank you Ledo Pizza for a...
Read moreWe have eaten at this Ledo many times and do like their pizza very much. However today we had a somewhat frustrating experience when it came to the bill. We ordered 2 house margaritas listed on the menu for $6 each. When the bill came the 2 drinks were billed at $20. When i called the waiter he took the bill back to correct by giving a $4 credit. I called him back and pointed out the discrepancy to which he quickly responded, “right, I have you a $4 credit”. I pointed out that we ordered 2 drinks so the credit should be $8. He quickly grabbed the check and took it in for correction. This could have well been some sort of mistake but the fact that I pointed on the menu to the 2 clearly labeled $6 dollar house margaritas - BTW the only margs on the menu- should have left no room for error. So if you go to Ledo watch out for overcharges when your handed the check. And this is a sad situation since like I said, the food and service (besides the obvious) were good, fast -and...
Read moreI didn't hate the food, but waaaayyy overpriced for what you get. I ordered an 18" with a few toppings, and you could barely find the toppings, which were around $2 each...at that rate it should at least be noticeable. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, which were bland, and for an almost $8 price tag there should have been more...plus they weirdly threw shredded parm on them for no reason, as it didn't stick to them or anything, so it just ended up on the plate. I ordered cake for dessert, and it came right out of the fridge, was not fresh, and the icing was more like fondant in a lot of places...and it was $7. So, for what I got, I paid over $40, and I could have gone to a much more generous, much better tasting pizza place for about $10 less, and gotten great food. This place seems to rely more on tricking you into thinking it must be great food by jacking up the price, and not so much about making...
