The Taco Bell experience was just that an experience. A experience that ended up so wrong in so many ways. Placed my order with minor changes to the menu items i ordered. I made Two simple requests... make my meal all chicken and with no tomatoes (i am allergic). I waited, received the food and drove away to park to eat since it took 15-20 min in the drive thru (to get drive thru food). As Tacos were being dispersed among the car i find that, i in fact was charged for the chicken and given all beef and no tomatoes were indeed told to the young lady taken my order and tomatoes were in every item i ordered. Frustrated but more hungry i approach the window, food and receipt in hand and politely inform the cashier that my order contains incorrect requests modifications. She in turns stops and yells at me "thats your fault" and that she ordered it correctly. There was another customer awaiting his food. He then mumbles "wow", while shaking his head. I apologize for any inconvenience i am causing the gentleman and inform the young lady "I just wanted the meal i payed for". I inform her that, i am allergic to tomatoes. The cashier then gets louder and says they made it wrong. Now i am greeted by 3 Taco Bell employees and the fourth keeps coming by the window to give me dirty looks. The manger then approaches and i explain to him the issues and he began to fix the situation. While speaking with the manger two of the young ladies there continues to talk about me and make less then polite gestures. After 7 minutes of deliberation I did not feel comfortable patronizing this establishment any longer. I asked for a refund. The refund revealed that i in fact payed for the substitution and was over charged. The manger did refund my meal but at 1030 at night my options were few so i had to drive to another taco bell location to get food. Time is precious and gas is expensive. This situation was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. Definitely will not be visiting this...
Read moreMy wife and son went to the Burtonsville Taco Bell for dinner. When they brought the food home and I opened the bag of food, the hard shell tacos were open and the food was all over the inside of the bag. The lettuce, tomatoes and cheese were all over the bag, the other food and the sauces. The cup of cheese was in the bag but of course not any chips. My son got one of the boxes of food and his food was in the bag with tacos all over his food. This store is a Mess, the employees have No interest in providing quality customer service. This store is Not a friendly place to be. The employees are more interested in each other rather than the customers even though the customers are the ones that pays their wages by buying the horrible food they sell. I tried to call this store and asked for the manager and the person hung up on me. I called back 4 times and no one would answer the phone. Customer Service? They have No Idea what that is! I have pictures of the bag of food...
Read moreIdk what’s happened at this specific location. But service has drastically dropped. I’m always asked to pull around to “curbside” when I order at the drive thru.. even when I’m only ordering 1 or 2 meals. More recently, I asked if they offered a specific item that is on the taco bell app.. I was asked to come up to the window. I show them the meal in which they stated they don’t support that menu at that location. And before I could get a word out, they said, have a good night…. So I can order it on the app but not at the store. That’s fine.. so I order the meal on the app. I swapped out beef for chicken. 30 minutes goes by. I walk in asking if my food was ready and I was told that they were out of chicken… once I stated that steak was fine. I could hear the employee complaining about the fact that I had ordered a meal that they don’t have on the menu…. The meal consists of a 2 crunch wrap, 2 burrito and 2 taco…. Are those not regular...
