This was my first order from this restaurant. They have the option for Teff Injera and I wanted that option. The restaurant called me to let me know there was an additional charge for each of the menus items if I wanted to have "Teff Injera". When I opened the order there was indeed 1 Teff Injera for each of the items. It was not enough. Perhaps if they had told me it was Teff Injera imported from Ethiopia I would have made an additional order of just injera. The veggies were over cooked, mushy. It reminded me of canned vegetables. I called the restaurant to let them know I was disappointed. They expressed their concern that I was disappointed but said that they have been doing business this way for many years and no one else was disappointed. This was when I learned that the Teff Injera was imported. They were condescending in explaining to me how "regular" injera is prepared with wheat and other grains. That is not my experience. The businesses off of Old Columbia Road have small lots. If you are coming from the south, it might just be easier to turn into the Burtonsville Shopping Center and then turn back around south so it's an easier right turn into their lot. It's really not that bad, but sometimes during rush hour,...
