Great for vegan/vegetarian eating out! There's an entire page of vegan dishes on the menu and beef substitute is available in many other dishes as well. I've been here twice, once for a private party and once on a date. Both times the food was excellent. Black bean and potato vegan tacos are really good (if a little minimalist); lemon flan is amazing; my date had loaded nachos with impossible beef and said they were really good, not at all soggy like others he's had recently. On my most recent visit I ordered the zesty avocado fries and the impossible bacon burger. (Full disclosure, I'm vegetarian but not vegan, so I substituted real mayo on the burger and cilantro ranch for dipping sauce for the avocado fries.) The avocado fries were interesting. I'm not sure what I expected, but I've never eaten anything like it. I don't know if I'd order them again but they weren't bad. They're served in a cone and our order came with only four–they're very thick cut. Outside is crunchy but inside is really soft (not unpleasantly so, just an interesting contrast). I remembered to take a picture when there was only one left). The side salad that came with the burger was more substantial than I expected; on a bed of mixed greens (not iceberg lettuce!) were sliced grape tomatoes, cheese, thinly sliced onions, and croutons. The burger itself was pretty hearty and was served with crisp lettuce and perfectly ripe sliced tomatoes on a nice Kaiser roll. It looked amazing and I was hungry enough that I forgot to take any pictures. Service was good and servers were attentive. I asked for room temperature water and actually got it; that shouldn't be a big deal, but you'd be amazed at how often I emphasize the 'room temperature' part and the server brings me cold water that just has the ice removed. The whole dessert menu looks amazing and I plan to come back often enough that I can try one of everything.

We came for happy hour, which begins at 4pm. It was relatively empty, but more patrons started to enter around 5pm, probably in anticipation of the live music. We were seated promptly, and our food arrived quickly. We ordered wings and empanadas. The empanadas were awesome, especially the black bean and corn! The wings were ok. My barbeque wings did not have enough sauce. The layer of sauce was so thin, only the shine on them differentiated them from the Old Bay wings. My colleague's Old Bay wings were a little salty to him. Our waitress was very attentive and polite; however, they were chinsy on the napkins. We asked for extra napkins and were given one a piece. The tables for two are small, so the table has to be cleared if two people are ordering multiple items. The bathroom could use some updating. The floors were blotchy and very old. It was clean. It had 2 stalls; one is wheelchair accesible. They also have a baby changing station in the wheelchair accessible stall. They did not have paper towels for patrons to dry their hands, so someone put a roll of toilet paper on top of the paper towel dispenser, which was tacky. They have several dessert options. You have to inquire about the pies in the display case. The apple was $6.95 per slice. The atmosphere is kind of small town dinerish. There is parking in the front and rear. There is also outdoor dining. Day 2: my empanadas were so-so the next day, so I suggest just enjoying them while they are fresh.

Oh. My. Freaking. GOODNESS! Every. SINGLE. Thing is absolutely delicious! 🤤 Stopped by for breakfast while waiting for my son to get twists in his hair at the amazing Sefa Salon down the street. BEST DECISION THIS MORNING! Thought I was getting the nachos just as of quick appetizer to taste and then box up to save for later. Nope. The nachos were next level delicious! I’ve never had nachos with such flavorful, black beans and such well done queso…the guac and salsa were perfect and the chips too. And I love that they took the time to LAYER the cheese and toppings throughout rather than just add them on top like most places do and you end up with so many nachos that don’t get toppings. Does layering make every bite flavorful! My “quick taste” turned into a full on wolfing down, which is why so much was eaten before I took the picture. The breakfast was delicious too. How do you make shredded hashbrowns this flavorful? Somebody is doing something right in the kitchen!! Oh and the bacon is the thick cut nicely smoked good kind. This place is a gem that many people may already know about. I got something from here probably about a year ago, but I got it to go. Sitting down for the full experience as well worth it. Highly recommend.

Gave this place a 2nd chance and was disappointed. The food is good but the service and delivery is super slow. I came in the early opening days for dinner with my family of 5 and gave them grace as our waiter was young and learning. This time, for breakfast, there were 3 of us. Our server was nice and most of the not great experience we had was not her fault. However, most of our visit on a busy Saturday morning was 3-4 employees standing behind a counter sharing Instagram photos and chatting. I saw 3 other people actually working. On older male server hustling. I was jealous as I saw him taking coffee refills to his table multiple times. It took until after I was finished eating to get a coffee refill. Another older woman and our sever were doing all the work and so I can’t blame our server for not being able to stay on top of food and drinks for so many guests. The food runner was horrible. He brought us the wrong French toast and then instantly appeared with the correct one. I saw that he then took the first one to another table. He didn’t ask if we had everything. We assumed he would come back but he didn’t. We didn’t get any of our breakfast meats or toast until our over-working waitress came to check on us. She had to bring the rest of the food out herself. Again, while 3 employees did nothing but talk behind the counter, including the food runner. If someone else even helped with drinks or refills, the entire place could have received better service. We ordered a take out dish and it was not correct. It was missing cream. I should have checked the bag but I watched the host bag it. I think it is just a young staff with lack of oversight. Hopefully they can change because the food is good. I’m undecided if I will ever...

This was the most disappointing dining experience I’ve had since relocating to this area. The last time I visited this restaurant was in 2010. I used to frequent here for brunch with friends on Sundays after church. Recently, I reviewed the website and saw a nice menu. Couldn’t wait to come back. Upon entry, I noticed it was updated on the inside. Also, the restaurant wasn’t super busy. It had a few large groups scattered throughout it. The rest of the tables were empty except for a few here and there. All parties of less than 4. I sat down with 2 kids. We were greeted well and seated quickly. This is where the good service ended. A server took our drink orders and the kids food orders. I asked her to take my order once she returned with our drinks. However, she did not. She sent someone else to bring us our drinks and I sat for at least 20 minutes without my order being taken. This was the start of a continual pattern. The manager would ask me if I was helped. In fact, he helped us so much that I thought the server left. At one point I flagged down another server to request assistance and she shook her head no and said hold on while walking off. I have never had to stand up, look for, wave at, or ask for service so much in my entire life. Even my kids noticed the subpar service and they are only ages 8 and 10. I intended to order more items but everything was so slow and disconnected that I just refrained. I wish I could say the manager made things better but him constantly stepping in ten minutes or more AFTER the server neglected our table still didn’t give me a good dining experience. I have no intention of ever returning. I will just hold tight to the memories of the great times I had...
