Uncle Ou's — Restaurant in Maryland

Used to be our favorite go to Chinese restaurant. However things changed this year.It started declining a several months ago when I found metal in my Hot & Spicy meal. I called to inform them. All I got was ok and thank you. So we didn't go back for a short period of time. Then I noticed the next 2 times we ate there after not eat there for a short period of time that I was feeling sick after eat there. Again we didn't got back for a couple of months after that feeling it was just a fluke. Last week we ordered from them and everything was great once again. No issues and everything was good. So we wanted to eat there last night ,I.asked.for my Hot & Spicey meal to be mildly spiced like I always have them do. It was so spicy my lips and mouth were burning and it was so spicy it made my nose run. I couldn't eat much of it. The crab rangoon was super greasy and super small in size and my daughter's shrimp chow mein had hair in it. So I called to let them know and was told oh no,I am sorry. Unfortunately I was not able to take pictures of the food, but their food was delicious! I got the pork fried rice, shrimp lomein, shrimp egg rolls, and fried biscuits! It was all very good and I recommend them ! This place has been my go to since I was a child and to this day still is !! Never disappoints! Not only is their food delicious, their service is amazing! Yesterday was my first time eating here and going off the reviews I figured I’ll try them out..
