My husband and I frequent this Wawa quite often, spending anywhere from $75-$100 per month between food and gas. That said, I cannot begin to express how dissatisfied I was with my most recent experience at this location. My husband and I both ordered food- I got a BLT sandwich. After purchasing put food, we went to run some other errands. Upon finally arriving home, I go to eat my sandwich only to find there was no bacon on my BLT. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this happened to me at this location. I understand possibly missing other Ingredients, but not including bacon on a BLT not once but TWICE is somewhat frustrating. That said, I understand things happen, so I called to notify them of what had happened. When calling, i politely asked the guy who answered if I could speak to a manager, to which he asked why. I told him I had an issue with my order and again, would like to speak with a manager. He then continued to ask me what the issue was. After informing him of the situation, I was then asked “what I wanted to do about it”. I never got to speak with a manager (after asking repeatedly), and also didn’t receive a apology of any sort- not even a simple “I’m sorry about that” or “sorry for the inconvenience”. Instead I was asked what I wanted to do about it, to which I replied that I was already home, but I would like to return at some point to get the correct sandwich. He then asked when I was coming back and if I had a receipt. I informed him I work a full time job and wasn’t sure when I could return. I also didn’t have a receipt (which btw- I’m never given one unless I specifically ask). After a long pause with no response, I then had to offer to take photos of the sandwich for proof. To which he reyed would be fine, but again continued to ask again when I would return (after already telling me I couldn’t tell him an exact date/time). I never got to speak with a manager, even after asking multiple times. Lastly, I didn’t have the best experience with the cashier when initially checking out. I had a protein shake in my purse, and the cashier demandingly asked where had I gotten it from (as if I had grabbed it off the shelf and stuck it in my purse). I was so taken off guard, and was honestly completely confused by his question. My husband finally spoke up and said it had been purchased somewhere else. He cashier made no comment and continued ringing us up. All and all this entire experience really makes me second guess wanting to continue to give this Wawa...

As Kathleen was obnoxiously insulting me in front of customers because my Google Pay was working or the machine. I explain it just work and she said DONT you have your card? I said no sorry, I said its ok... because now line was long and it was rather embarrassing... She said Well what are you going to do? I said sorry again she said let me get manager!.. She walked over there were not sure I said its ok... I walk out get back into my car with my daughter and see Kathleen laughing .... I wouldn't normally waist my time writing but the service was...
Read moreI was there on Sunday 30, 2017 and after pumping full tank of gas, my car was running inconsistently. The engine signal turned on and the car was not responding to the accelerator. On Monday, the following day, I took the car to the dealer (my car is new from 2016, with 15,000 miles) and they told me that it was a quality gas issue what was causing the problem. Trying to contact WaWa but they make it very difficult and at this point I'm trying to get refund, not only for the horrible quality of gas, but for the dealership bill to drain and put new gas...
